- Woodman (10/5): - Location and very clean
- An (9/5): - Such a comfortable home , comfy beds, well appointed and great location . Great to have the two bathrooms too . The key was difficult to find . It wasn't clear from the instructions that we had to enter the opposite carpark to find the key on the tree . We couldn't find it from the street side . Also the rubbish shute was hard to find .
- Magda Ellis (8/5): - It was well appointed for a weekend away from home. Having two bathrooms was really useful with a family of five, and the sofa bed was comfy and easy to set up. The mattress in the main bedroom was a bit uncomfortable and creaky, and the duvets lost shape quickly and bunched in corners.
- Lisanty (9/5): Accomodation I will go back to - Spacious and clean. Kids enjoued the sofa bed.big and comfy. Heater is good. The process of getting and returning the key felt a bit inconvenient
- Peter (9/5): Superb -
- Robyn (10/5): Exceptional - as my husband was in hospital the location was perfect A little more coffee and sugar could have been made available
- Avnil (5/5): Stay was not nice since they over charged us from our card and the room we expected was not standard - Location was far away from restaurant chains The room was smelly as roasted lamb for two days we had to leave the door open
- Heather (10/5): Great communication from Citistayz, would definitely use again without hesitation - Excellent service from host Citistayz, I even contacted them for other stays ... Excellent service and great communication Everything was perfect
- Leanne (10/5): Exceptional - Great location for us being only 15-20 minutes from everywhere we wanted to go.
Facilities were clean and well kept and great value for money.
Will definitely be staying there next time we come down.
- Minahil (9/5): Superb -
- Richard (9/5): Great 2 brm unit with ensuite, pool and close to Woden. Good price and well appointed. Will stay again. - Well appointed, double glazed windows, secure on site parking Keys were difficult to access. Maybe a locked letterbox on site would have been better. Otherwise nice accommodation
- Michele (6/5): Fabulous location. - Modern. Clean. Great location. Pool. Safe and secure parking.
Laundry. Large soft towels. High quality sheets. 2 air conditioners keep the place nice and cool Pillows were all thin and flat. Need replacing.
- Jeffrey (10/5): Exceptional - The way you have to put key back in unit when you need it to get out of car park.
To hard not a easy process a older couple would have lot's of trouble
- Sky (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tobias (6/5): An apartment building so nondescript it hurts - Perfectly comfortable Utterly soulless
- Dongkai (8/5): Very good - needs to prepare more bathroom consumables
- Shelly (8/5): Very good - The area close to hospital where I had to go Clean and tidy
- Katherine (10/5): fantastic with comfortable beds -
- Lyndell (9/5): Great value for money, clean, well appointed - Location No AC in second bedroom
- Alexandra (10/5): Clean, comfortable, everything you need for a week’s stay - The power showers, the washing machine, kitchen
- Catherine (9/5): Convenient location, comfy beds, spacious and quiet. - We found it difficult to find the location of the key box. We couldn't quite see from the photo exactly where the correct tree /parking space was but somebody sitting on the lawn of the property asked us if they could help and knew exactly where to go. I think we assumed it would be closer to the accommodation rather that in a public carpark. I wrote an email to the agent/owners regarding lack of functional fans in laundry and bathroom but got no comment. There were strict instructions not to use the laundry without using the ventilation/exhaust but there was no noise at all to indicate that the fan worked. Likewise with the bathrooms; I assume that the exhaust was supposed to come on with the light switch but again no exhaust noise. Not great for an en suite and a bit nerve racking when the shower makes the room fog up very quickly and there is a sprinkler system in the ceiling.
- Tatum (9/5): Superb - Comfortable and clean. Lots of light and privacy. Soundproof and secure. Provided arrival comforts and good instructions for check in. Quiet building, easy parking and lovely common areas. Cute dogs every where. Excellent communication with hosts.
- Tim (10/5): Absolutely stunning - Close to shops, restaurants and the pool is amazing Just needed a high chair to feed my baby.
- Ellen (8/5): Value for money, very helpful owners who were contactable no matter what time you rang - Breakfast N/A
Location was brilliant, so close to shopping center, business areas and all sorts of yummy food out lets and restaurants, where some remained open up to 10pm on a monday and tuesday nite
Parking allocated to the apartment was located just steps from the elevator used to go up to units, also 2 parks were available if needed. Lovely clean bathrooms were like brand new, Security was very good around the whole complex, the swimming pools looked well maintained as were the gardens and grounds, i thought it was near enough to a 5 STAR RESORT STAY for a 4 STAR PRICE. The sofa in my opinion could have been a little more comfy, but no one else complained, and I'm a sofa dweller so such a comment would be expected😊
- Kym (9/5): Superb -
- Dorothy (10/5): Excellent location close to hospital. Very comfortable home away from home, allowing us to relax while supporting a fami - Everything
- Diane (9/5): Superb -
- アユミ (3/5): Poor -
- Louay (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pauline (8/5): Very good - Proximity to where we wanted to go. 2 bedrooms and bathrooms worked well.
We were very happy with the accommodation. Construction outside hindered us trying to get to the car park.
The apartment could do with some hand soap at the basins and some scourers/dishcloths.
- Christine (9/5): We had a lovely stay. The apartment was clean, convenient and had a lovely outlook. Communication from hosts was excepti - Location, Kitchen, Facilities, outlook, Convenience, Communication from Hosts, allocated parking close to lifts A wee bit far from the street for my elderly mum to walk. But parking and taking the lift compensate for that.
- Tedi (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (9/5): Superb -
- Mark (8/5): Comfy, clean modern unit - Place was lovely. Two sets of keys would be handy. Car park a little challenging to navigate, despite the detailed instructions.
- Anthony (9/5): Superb -
- Paul (8/5): Very good -
- The (10/5): Lives up to the “fab” in the title! - New apartment very well presented. Parking and pool access included. Having a full kitchen and space for us all to relax and connect. Response time of hosts when we contacted them was outstanding. Couple of little things could be added as the property is so new. For example a fan in the 2nd bedroom (the main bedroom had a/c so was very comfortable). Hooks on back of bathroom doors. A clothes airer to hang up swimmers. A guide to local area and information about the apartments eg where to dispose of rubbish. Nothing we couldn’t live with out though!
- Bronwen (6/5): Pleasant - Very clean. Limited kitchen gear. No mixing/salad /serving bowls.
- Lowes (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kim (7/5): Comfortable and spacious - Large space with two bathrooms - always good when you are two friends travelling together Very noisy on the Friday night, sounded like a nightclub next door or close by with deep base pumping, despite earplugs. The property manager was slow to reply to my query a few days before about the link not working for the checkin details - caused some stress having to email and call for an hour once we had arrived in Canberra
- Ian (7/5): Good -
- Torin (10/5): Exceptional - It is a great location was extremely clean and comfortable
- Dewey (10/5): Great place to stay and hope to book it again for the end of January 2024. - So lovely and clean and modern. Simple but tasteful decor. Apartment included everything you would need for the stay. Plenty of room for the four of us. Huge fold out couch in the living room. Apartment can sleep 6 comfortably. Great to have two car spaces as we were four in the apartment and nearly needed both spots. Wish we had a blanket in one of the rooms. A little cold at night with just the light doona. The other beds were fine. Noise from the exhaust fan in the ensuite bathroom was a little annoying but not a major problem.
- Stuart (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kylie (8/5): Thanks guys! Not a bad place. - Clean and nice setting Didn’t meet owners. Only 2 keys for 4 people. Made wanting to be alone hard!
- John (10/5): Great place to stay - Having had two kids in hospital over time we have stayed in a few places - this was by far the best. Close to the hospital, warm and comfotable. It was secure and everything was there to make our stay less stressful.
- Anthony (9/5): Superb -
- Chikezie (10/5): Lovely apartment. It's got everything you need and close to the mall. - It was very clean and very close to the shopping mall. Warm pool
- Lucy (9/5): Superb - Lovely and clean, comfortable beds, good location, helpful neighbours. Nothing
- Claire (9/5): Superb -
