• Aurélien (1/5): ATTENTION! A oublier. Punaises de lit par dizaines, logement à l'abandon depuis des mois, honteux. - Seul l'emplacement est une qualité de ce logement, ajoutant à cela des dizaines de punaises de lit vieille de plusieurs mois le séjour s'est vite transformé en cauchemar. Nous avons découvert des dizaines de punaises de lit dans les draps, sur les murs et sur les rideaux dans l'ensemble des pièces, le propriétaire n'est même pas joignable, c'est une honte que booking ne surveille pas les personnes avec qui ils travaillent.
• Marie (1/5): Horrible - La localisation Le lendemain de notre première nuit nous avons découvert une punaise de lit et ma fille présentait des piqûres. Nous avons informé le propriétaire. Il savait qu’il y avait des punaises de lit puisque le soir de notre arrivée il nous a demandé de déposer la clé dans la boîte à clé pour un « contrôle sanitaire« . Lorsque nous sommes revenus à l’appartement le deuxième jour tout l’appartement était sans dessus -dessous, du produit avait été aspergé sur les sols, les murs et les matelas. Nous nous sommes d’ailleurs inquiétés de la toxicité de ce produit.Les armoires étaient tirées et tous les lits défaits. Nous avons dû tout remettre en ordre et faire la chasse aux punaises de lits qui remontaient sur les murs et nettoyer les punaises mortes ( une quarantaine)! Le propriétaire a été informé et comme la veille il était désolé…. Tous les jours ( nous sommes restés 5 jours) , nous défaisions les lits et inspections l’appartement, nous avons trouvé beaucoup de punaises de lit mortes et vivantes. Nos enfants étaient très stressés et n’ont pas voulu dormir dans la chambre et ont dormi dans le salon dans un campement de fortune . Bref cela nous a bien gâché le plaisir du voyage. De plus lorsque nous serons de retour chez nous nous allons devoir tout laver à haute température et congeler les chaussures, sacs et valises pour éviter de contaminer notre habitation sans certitude d’y parvenir.

• Jostein (1/5): Ingen luksus, men veggdyr! - Beliggenheten. Det var søppel på trappa og lite innbydende i entreen. Leiligheten så grei ut ved første blikk. Da vi kikka nøyere etter, var det fryktelig skittent oppe på kjøkkenskapene. Etter sengetid, fikk vi besøk I senga av veggdyr og stod opp klokka tre. Da var natta over for oss. Vi kontaktet Booking.com kundesenter. De fikk ikke tak i eieren, og var heller ikke i stand til å arrangere et nytt overnattingssted for oss. Det var ingen luksus andre steder enn i navnet.
• Alasdair (1/5): Horrendous- marred by very poor hosts who do not communicate. - Location Bed bugs and poor facilities for a ‘luxury’ flat. No bowls (children had cereal out of mugs), no wine glasses and lots of bed bugs!!! We stayed for 2 nights, on the second morning I discovered I was bitten by bed bugs over 100 times. These were sore and incredibly itchy making me unwell for a week (due to my bodies reaction and strong antihistamines). I have reached out to the property multiple times but they have made no contact. I am taking this further. Even an apology or an acknowledgment would be polite. A few photos to show I am not exaggerating. Do not stay here without proof they have done something about the bed bugs (and like cereal out of mugs).

No quarto de solteiro é um beliche que faz muito barulho e não me senti segura, fora que éramos uma família com pessoas idosas e tem que subir 3 andares com malas.

• Sheila (1/5): Pesadilla - Nada Estaba plagado de bichos (creemos que eran cucarachas), las camas y muebles rotos, colchones sucios, sucio y ya ni hablar de las zonas comunes y al ponernos en contacto con el alojamiento no se hicieron responsables. Definitivamente el peor sitio donde hemos estado, nos tuvimos que ir y dejarlo antes de tiempo.

• Smyth (4/5): The apparentment was in a great location, it was very basic definatly not luxury as advertised. - There was no hot water or heating, which was notbideal for 2 teenage girls which have been travelling allday for a concert. Just a simple sorry about that from owner, £13.12 refunded to travel credits from booking.com. shocking refund. Very poor effort to try and sort heating and water. As we was only staying one night was bareable as the appartment was just to sleep in, however i planned to have a relaxing evening in but had to lay wrapped in a duvet.
• Estelle (1/5): Appartement pas libre et chaudière en panne - L'emplacement dans Camden est parfait. Juste à côté de la station de metro Mornington Crescent Le jour de notre arrivée l'appartement n'était pas libre. Nous avons accepté d'être relogé dans un appartement plus petit. Le lendemain après avoir rangé toutes nos affaires, nous avons accédé au bon appartement. Après avoir pris 2 douches, nous n'avions plus d'eau chaude. Nous avons attendu le soir en espérant que le ballon d'eau chaude soit a nouveau rempli. Mais toujours pas d'eau chaude. La chaudière était en panne. La personne en charge de la réservation sur place a arrêté de nous répondre et nous n'avons pas eu de solution proposée. Nous et nos enfants n'avons donc pas pu prendre de douche. Nous n'avons pas non plus pu faire correctement la vaisselle de notre petit déjeuner. L'équipement de l'appartement est cassé ( armoire, lits, canapé... la cuisine n'est pas assez équipée > par exemple 1 seule petite cuillère pour un appartement normalement prévu pour 6 personnes) Le prix n'étant pas très élevé, nous ne nous attendions pas a trouver un appartement haut de gamme. Et nous nous serions contenté d'une prestation très simple. Mais le changement d'appartement, l'eau froide et le fait que la personne arrête de nous répondre pour nous dépanner de la chaudière n'est pas acceptable.

• Martin (4/5): Mittelmäßig bis teilweise sehr mangelhaft. - Es war sehr laut, auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite ist eine Bar, die lange in die Nacht hinein Livemusik gespielt hat. Fenster der Wohnung sehr undicht, deshalb sehr laut in den Zimmern. Absolut lieblos eingerichtet! Toaster defekt, ein Kasten fiel fast auseinander, WLAN nicht nach den Angaben verfügbar, sehr wenig Besteck.

How rude the person who owns the property if you want a response from them Goodluck as they ignore their phone text messages and any messages on booking.com dont waste your money with this one.

• Amanda (1/5): AVOID - FILTHY, BED BUGS, FOWL SMELL. - Nothing The property is not fit for use, the entrance was absolutely filthy, stains all over the carpet, mail piled high. The smell going up the stairs would knock a horse. We entered the apartment and the sofa was covered in stains, it looks nothing like it's pictures The double room was so infested with BED BUGS they were even crawling on the walls. We didn't even last half an hour in the property, we had to book another hotel last minute Customer service is a joke and the owners are refusing to give us our money back Also booking.com have been no help what so ever This was part of a Christmas present for our kids who were dying to see a show in the West end, this completely ruined our trip. AVOID AT ALL COST

• Guha (1/5): Very very bad - Nothing We booked the property, went there and they told us it was already booked and we can’t stay there. Even the property manager was the least cooperative. Worst experience ever.
• christine (2/5): Conditions inacceptables ! - L'emplacement (au pied du métro et arrêt de bus) et la surface de l'appartement. 1. ‼️ DÉCOUVERTE DE PUNAISES DE LIT ‼️ Lors de notre 2ᵉ nuit sur 3, nous avons découvert de nombreuses punaises de lit dans la chambre double. 2. Problèmes de lumières : La lumière de la chambre double n’a jamais fonctionné. La lumière de l’entrée ne s’est jamais éteinte, alors qu’il n’y a aucune porte entre l’entrée et le canapé-lit du salon. 3. Stores : Tous les stores étaient cassés, impossibles à relever. 4. Capacité du logement : Appartement annoncé pour 5 à 6 personnes, mais à peine adapté pour 4. Manque important de couverts, vaisselle, etc. 5. Sécurité : Lit superposé dangereux (instable, bruyant, avec une rambarde trop basse, posant un réel problème de sécurité). 6. Wifi : Aucun wifi à disposition, contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans l’annonce. 7. Parties communes de l’immeuble : Très dégradées : présence de pièges à rats, odeurs fortes de cigarette, de cannabis et d’humidité, sacs poubelles laissés sur place et canapés abandonnés. 8. Bruit : Manque total d’isolation phonique – bouchons d’oreilles indispensables. 9. Autres : Non-réactivité des hôtes, fuite dans la salle de bain, manque de papier toilette, canapé cassé, etc. Nous sommes très déçus et traumatisés par ce séjour.

Non abbiamo avuto acqua calda e riscaldamenti funzionanti (l’acqua era gelida), abbiamo fatto presente questo dal primo giorno, ma l’host non ha fatto nulla per aiutarci. Le lenzuola erano sporche, il bagno non è stato mai pulito e abbiamo dovuto usare gli stessi asciugamani per 6 giorni, nonostante ne avessimo chiesti altri. L’host non ci ha fatto neanche il check-in. E infine, per non farci mancare mancare nulla c’erano le cimici nel letto. Non ci è arrivato nessun aiuto o messaggio di scuse, ma un unico messaggio finale con la richiesta di fare una recensione 10 stelle. TERRIBILE!
• Patricia (4/5): Not a luxury accommodation - The sitting area, kitchen and batheoom were adequate for our stay. The flat was also warm sometimes too hot. The beds were not comfortable and the sheets and bedding did not feel fresh. There was not enough coathangers to hang our clothes. The bedrooms had a musty smell and black bugs were seen on the walls. On Friday and Saturday night the music from the club adjacent was extremely loud and did not stop until 1am. The accommodation is described as luxury but is very basic which is reflected in the price. More coathangers and bedroom lamps would help.
• Hedman-Lagerlöf (3/5): Bra läge men inte prisvärt och saknade basala funktioner t ex toalettpapper och varmvatten - Läget, precis intill t-banestationen. Att detta skulle vara en luxury apartment överensstämmer verkligen inte med verkligheten. För det första fanns inget toalettpapper i lägenheten. Fastän vi påpekade detta upprepade gånger till värden blev det aldrig ordnat så vi fick köpa på egen hand. Känns som en så basal sak på ett boende. Varmvattnet fungerade inte ca 75% av tiden och vi fick ägna mycket tid och energi åt att ha kontakt med värden och nollställa varmvattenberedaren även efter det var ordnat av hantverkare (att de tog dit en hantverkare löste med andra ord inte problemet). Därtill blev det strömavbrott natten till dagen vi skulle åka och vi fick krångla med det sista morgonen. Fanns inga som helst krokar eller avställningsytor i hela lägenheten, vilket innebar att alla ytterkläder fick ligga på golvet i hallen. Extremt snålt med husgeråd, inga vassa knivar och inga djupa tallrikar. Fastän det är ett boende för 6 personer fanns det bara 4 stolar och ett pyttelitet bord så alla får ju inte plats. Frekvent doft av cannabis utanför dörren och i närområdet, då vi var är med våra barn kändes det olustigt. Vissa gardiner var trasiga och gick inte att dra upp, fick vara nerdraget hela vistelsen. Observera att det ligger en nattklubb precis mitt över gatan vilka spelar hög musik varje kväll. Ta med öronproppar om ni trots allt överväger detta boende. Värden svarade hyfsat snabbt på våra frågor men eftersom våra kommentarer gällande t ex brist på toalettpapper och vassa knivar gick helt förbisedda kändes det snarast förnedrande att de aktivt ignorerade dem. Sammantaget bidrog detta till att resan till viss del präglades av negativ energi kring allt som rörde boendet. Upplever inte detta som ett prisvärt boende och skulle inte rekommendera någon att bo där.

• Andrew (2/5): awkward host with bad communication. bedroom has wet walls and smells. - not much we arrived late at 9 30 pm but had to wait outside while the host got very awkward about sending the access codes. The flat was dirty. Was nothing like the photos on here and was noisy from the main road right out side the window all night. There is a large wet stain that smells bad on one bedroom wall. The shower leaks water across the bathroom floor.

The space is incredibly comfortable and much more spacious than I expected — perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring London. The location is unbeatable: just a short walk from Camden Market, great transport links, and plenty of restaurants, shops, and cafés nearby. One of the highlights was how responsive and helpful the host was. Every question I had was answered promptly, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place in London! Nothing. Everything was great, well though and comfortable
• Martin (3/5): Luxury Apartment NOT!!! - Well located for shops and eateries and travel into West End. Right next door to tube station and bus stops right outside. Good communication with host (see below re issues) Outside of property dirty and not the most inviting start. Entrance hall dirty with badly stained carpet and mousetraps on every landing and stairs. The flat door had previously been forced and quickly repaired with screws. The door had a mortis lock but no key was provided so security was a concern, especially as the front door lock had also been repaired and only just worked. Flat very tired, in need of redecoration and repair. Handle hanging off bathroom door. Bath panel coming away and rotten. Damp coming through on bedroom ceiling. Kitchen cupboard door rotten. No cooking utensils and very limited pots and pans (only 2) and they were damaged and need replacement. Arm hanging off sofa bed in lounge, which was uncomfortable to sit on due to struts sticking through cushions. Two of the roller blinds could not be raised as strings snapped off. No hands on large wall clock. Main bed sagging on one side, so may have a broken base and was very noisy when you moved around on it. No information sheet on how to operate heating or access wifi etc. Heating showed error code on panel so no heating. Luckily it wasn't cold. Contacted host re wifi and told it was on back of router. No router to be found in the flat. Had to send screenshot of available networks before access codes were provided. WIFI in room weak and TV constantly froze and buffered. First use of bathroom sink and push plug would not open, so had water stuck in sink. Contacted host who sent contractor to fix. No double or secondary glazing so as flat was on a busy road oposit a bar and restaurant, so outside noise was a problem. All in all a basic flat, in need of some serious TLC and updating. I would not recommend or stay here again and definitely WOULD NOT describe as luxury apartment (see photos).
• Shauna (7/5): Good Value for money- clean and central perfect minus the uncomfy beds - I liked the location are it is right above the underground station. the apartment is well priced and it is spacious for our needs. The beds are horrid uncomfortable, the bunk beds are very unstable and need to be removed, and a bit of fresh paint in the smaller wouldnt go a miss. Also a big one for me is mirrors in the bedrooms as we had no where to get ready for going out and we all had to use the one mirror in the bathroom. Id say its good value for money but I wouldn't class it as luxury stay

As its very centre. And short walk to Camden Market which was great. Tube station about 1 minute away as you walk out of the building. Flat was nice and clean which is very important to me. • Harm (6/5): - Spacious apartment and well located in Camden next to a metro and bus station, on walking distance even from St Pancras international train station. The owner responds quickly via Booking messaging. The kitchen is equipped poorly. Not able to cook a proper meal for 4-6p. I've shared my suggestions for what to add 1-1 with the owner (agency?), they say they will work on it. There is nothing to complain about really, it's just that the whole thing needs some TLC to make it more comfortable.

• Michael (1/5): Not LUXURY! - Location This flat is not LUXURY. It's a long way from being luxury 1, No Internet. It's 2025. How can you not provide a basic amenity and still claim you're luxury. 2, the bedding is cheap with a thread count you can count on one hand. None of the bedding shown in the photographs was in the apartment. The pillows are so thin its like sleeping on nothing. The duvets are cheap and thin. The fitted bottom sheets didn't even cover the whole mattress 3, the mattresses were uncomfortable. Some of the worst nights' sleep I've had 4, The bunk beds are bad, bordering on dangerous. They are rickety and have been poorly repaired. The top mattress is too thick so is above the top guard rail and shouldn't be used in my opinion. 5, There were no rugs in any of the rooms. Despite shown in photos. The whole flat was almost unfurnished. 6, The kitchen is poorly stocked. There are no utensils, no sharp knives, no wooden spoons, no bowls. Only one frying pan and a saucepan. So we couldn't cook anything. We had to go and buy our own bowls so we could at least have cereal in the mornings 7, The washing machine is mouldy on the inside 8, The fold out couch in the living room is broken and uncomfortable. 9, Half the blinds are broken and could not be raised or lowered 10, The front entrance door has clearly been forced open previously and has been poorly repaired 11, the shared entrance corridor smells of mould and weed To call this place luxury is bordering on false advertising.

• Nora (3/5): Poor - Location next to train station was nice and the apartment was clean. The heat and hot water were out. The property manager was completely non- responsive to our repeated requests to repair the boiler. We met an engineer who was kind enough to get it reset on our last day there so we could shower before we left, but for two days were using the kettle to warm water and rinse off. It was a nightmare. The main bedroom window wouldn't stay closed, so in addition to no heat, we had to stick a towel in the window to block out cold. Bunk beds were comfortable enough, but the double bed was like sleeping on a cardboard spring.
• Lee (9/5): Great apartment in perfect location. - The location of the apartment is great, right next door to Mornington tube station. The whole apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. It was really easy to check in and out and communication was great. Would definitely stay here again. A lot of rubbish had plied up outside of the apartment which meant that if you had the windows open there were quite a few flies. Remember to take ear plugs for night time! it can be very noisy!
• Kurt (2/5): Loud, dirty and unsafe - The interior was relatively clean though sparse and lacking basic kitchen supplies. Furniture was of bad quality and broken. Not luxury at all. The exterior door was always unlocked and the one night that it was locked, someone kicked it in. It was not repaired. Anyone could come in off the street at any time. The lock on the flat door is very basic and could be easily be forced opened. The door showed signs of previous forced entry. Very unsafe! The common stairway leading to the flat was filthy with a horrible smell, it was filled with trash, pest traps, and air fresheners in an attempt to mask the smell. Trash is piled in front of the entrance. The street is very loud with parties, car races and the police. The windows are poorly insulated, so you hear everything. Owners are entirely unresponsive to any of the problems. A terrible stay, we slept poorly and were afraid.

• Lauren (7/5): Nice two night stay - Location was perfect. Right next door to mornington crescent station. The apartment was spacious and clean and had a full working kitchen. Communication from host was great. For the price I paid, my stay offered fantastic value for money. The entrance to the building and stairs up the the apartment were really bad and unclean. Several black bin bags which could attract rodents were at the bottom of the external stairs each time we were coming in and out. The internal entrance hall was in need of a hoover and clean. Nasty smell and mouse traps everywhere aren't the nicest welcome either. The location is great but with this comes with noise at night. Not much anyone can do about that though. Beds weren't the comfiest.
• Charline (1/5): Fuyez ! Don't stay here - The location is very nice We arrive at 8pm and it wasn't clean, the sheets in beds were dirty, the floor was dirty and also the bathroom. I called the manager (there are pro's with lot of apartments) and she sent somenone to changed the sheets and quickly cleaned the bathroom who arrived after 10 pm... We vaccumed the floor ourselves. Inacceptable ! We spent our 2 days in this not cleaned apartment. The manager said to us that we will be refund of cleaning fee but it's not. She lied. We left for one week and I don't receive nothing and she don't answer to me. The beds are noisy and terrible for the back. The appartement is very noisy too.

• Zaman (6/5): Clean spacious flat in a great location but rude host - The flat was extremely clean and had all the amenities and accessories we could need starting from soap, kitchen condiments, extra towels and shower gel, which was more than we expected. It was also a good size for 4 of us for a short stay. Location was excellent, it was easy to get to most tourist destinations and the tube stopped right next door to the flat. The host was very unfriendly and unprofessional in communicating and did not easily respond to messages. I was the one who reached out to the host rather than vice versa to get check-in information. Responses were curt. One of the bunk beds had a mattress that was extremely soft where I was sinking into it, which was very uncomfortable. The bunkbeds also made a lot of squeaking noises even if we moved a tiny bit, and the noise made it difficult to sleep, especially for the person on the bottom bunk. The building entrance and hallway were a bit dirty and unkempt but that is expected in a metropolitan city.
• Manalang (1/5): We are all not happy and very disappointed with the property. - None. Upon our arrival to the flat we booked which is Flat 4, we are surprised that it's not ready yet. It's so messy, the bedsheet not changed, the kitchen with used soda cans and toilet so dirty. It's so disappointing especially travelling from Blackpool to London that takes 5 hours and with our 4 month old baby with us and my parents who has problem walking long distances.

• Lana (8/5): Amazing family trip - Close to the tube and coffee shop! Clean and a bargain for location!
• Paul (8/5): Great location & value - Clean, tidy, well equipped, and fantastic location. 5 min walk to Camden and next door to the tube. Kept updated with check in and out via WhatsApp. Fantastic value for a stay in London
• Pedro (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic location and very comfortable apartment. The neighborhood is very lively and has many restaurants and bars. The apartment has a metro station right next door, very useful!
• Renārs (10/5): Exceptional - everything was clean, great place. the double bed was a little bit noisy
