• Vitor (8/5): Generally a good appartment - Very well located and equiped with all that you can need to make your own meals. It is easy to take the bus (very close) to the heart of London, and you also find TESCO on the street and several shops to buy groceries, It was a good relation Price/Quality. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and it causes a lack of water pressure. To have a hot shower you need to open at the same time the shower and the sink water. Only doing this, both open, it is possible to take hot water. The owner can put this information on a visible way, inside the bathroom for the future guests to prevent easily a lot of stress (not needed). The building doesn't have an elevator.
• Veronica (5/5): Soggiorno londinese - Ho viaggiato per piacere con mia sorella e abbiamo soggiornato cinque notti in questo appartamento. La zona è ben servita e comoda per visitare Londra: a pochi minuti dalla stazione di Westbourne Park e a circa 15 minuti a piedi da Notting Hill. Il quartiere è tutto sommato gradevole, anche se durante la notte può risultare un po’ rumoroso per il frequente passaggio di mezzi con sirene accese (forse ambulanze o polizia). L’appartamento non è molto grande, ma è ben distribuito e arredato con gusto moderno. Si vede che è stato ristrutturato di recente ed è una buona base per chi vuole girare la città. È dotato di tutto il necessario: ferro e asse da stiro, ventilatore, phon e stoviglie di ottima qualità. L’host è stato sempre molto gentile, disponibile e pronto a rispondere alle richieste. Il nostro alloggio si trovava al terzo piano, raggiungibile solo tramite scale strette e ripide. L’ultima rampa era piuttosto sporca, così come lo scorrimano. All’interno, il materasso era scomodo: ad ogni movimento si sentivano le molle. Il letto non era un matrimoniale, ma una piazza e mezza, e questo non era indicato chiaramente. Un’altra criticità ha riguardato l’acqua calda: per farla arrivare alla doccia era necessario aprire contemporaneamente il rubinetto della cucina sull’acqua calda, rendendo molto scomodo anche fare una semplice doccia. Inoltre, una delle tende veneziane era bloccata e non siamo riuscite ad abbassarla. La sera abbiamo dovuto coprire la finestra con una salvietta per evitare che si potesse vedere all’interno.
• Raquel (6/5): Aceptable - La ubicación. Está lejos del centro como para ir andando pero hay buena conexión en bus y en metro. Checkin y checkout rápidos y sencillos. El apartamento es pequeño, especialmente el baño (no caben dos personas juntas). El mobiliario es muy escaso. Las persianas están a punto de romperse. El colchón es más pequeño que el somier, por lo que te caes hacia los lados. A pesar de que consta en la info del apartamento, no hay microondas. La limpieza del portal y las escaleras es muy deficiente.

Pulizia discutibile, temperatura dell’acqua della doccia difficile se non impossibile da regolare (alterna da glaciale a lavica), termostati di difficile comprensione, coperta del letto inconsistente, mancanza di una sedia (diversamente dalle foto), doccino staccato dal muro, fessura di grandezza eccessiva sotto la porta d’ingresso che causa aria fredda all’interno dell’appartamento, pulizia delle scale pessima, isolamento acustico pari a zero, arredi non curati.

• Belen (7/5): Correcto y muy buena ubicación. - Céntrico y correcto para dos. Pequeño, pero para lo que es Londres, bastante bien. La ubicación muy bien, a 10 min de la boca de metro y a 15 de Portobello La zona un poco ruidosa si vas en verano y tienes que dormir con la ventana abierta. La cama es de muelles, no es la mejor del mundo, correcta sin más.

• Vendula (8/5): Very good - Good value for money, convenient location, and easy check-in. I appreciated the kitchen facilities. The street is quite noisy, and the bed is not very comfortable.

The bed was uncomfortable because of the sping mattress and it was very loud because of the main street. Even with closed windows and earplugs it was difficult to sleep.

• Tunc (1/5): Bad experience - Inside of the property was clean and decent. The bed looked uncomfortable. The property is listed as 15min walking distance to Notting Hill which could imply that the property is located in a nice neighborhood. The reality is different. Once you arrive, you feel unsafe in the neighborhood which was also confirmed by Uber driver. For this reason I asked a full refund but the owner insisted not refunding. There is no exterior building pictures on booking.com which should raise also some questions. The way the property is marketed is misleading information.
• Valeria (4/5): Disappointing - The host responded quite quickly and the check in and out was super easy The area was quite bad, the apartment was super small, the bathroom was mega small and the bed was not comfortable. I find the check in at 4pm quite late, there was an option to do it before 4 pm but paying an extra fee of 10£ per hour (ridiculous), value for money: very expensive
