- Wilco (6/5): -
- Megan (9/5): - Great little apartment, some quirks but good location and very clean
- Sharon (10/5): Amazing property and location. Would definitely stay again - It was central. Close to everything and the trams and very close to my daughter
- Kathryn (8/5): -
- Bernard (9/5): - pas inclus porte d'entrée ne ferme pas de l'intérieur
- Josephine (8/5): Recommended. - Simple and easy to pick up room key. Very responsive and helpful host, Ricki, who anccomodat us for earlier checkin. Apartment is conveniently located with quite some restaurants nearby. Washing machine provided is absolutely helpful. Would be ideal if room amenities like laundry powder, tea and coffee capsules, shower and body wash etc are replenished during our two week stay.

- Heath (1/5): This is someone’s home appartment they are simple renting out for cash on the side - The photos were misleading and did not accurately represent the property. The place was unclean, and during our stay, we were bitten by bed bugs, resulting in hundreds of painful, rash-like bumps across our bodies
- Megan (9/5): Ideal flat in good location, comfortable and clean. - Great little flat with everything you could possibly need — coffee machine, hair dryer, cooking utensils, air con, even a balcony. Very comfortable and a seamless check-in experience. There was a weird smell in the kitchen especially when you opened the fridge but perhaps we can just blame that on the people who stayed before me.
- James (10/5): Great location and home base with everything we needed. - Great location and home base with everything we needed. Loved sitting on the balcony throughout the day and night. Very close to the botanical gardens which are beautiful. Issues with cleaning in the beginning, but Ricki sorted it out personally and everything was perfect from then on.

- Hansen (10/5): Superb stay just outside Melbourne CBD - The apartment was amazing, everything was perfect. The host was extremely responsive and helpful and even let us check in early as our flight arrived at the crack of dawn. Hot water and heating worked very well which was important to us as we are from Asia and somehow managed to choose a week when Melbourne was at its coldest in 2 decades!! The bed was so soft and comfy, perhaps too comfy! The kitchen was well-equipped, and even had milk, condiments and rice. Only thing is that there was no frying pan, just two pots (and slightly worse for wear but no biggie). We did some light cooking. Plenty of cleaning supplies provided too. Tram stops were right in front of the apartment, so it was easy to get to the CBD as well as the other side of Melbourne and places like Prahran Market. There is also a supermarket on the same block, and a convenience store almost next door. The washing machine was a godsend although it did not have a dryer, but there is a rack to hang laundry. It was also within walking distance to the Royal Botanic Gardens (which is massive) and the Shrine of Remembrance. Nothing really. Maybe that it was outside the CBD and free tram zone but I knew this and picked it for this purpose due to protests in the city during my stay. If you don't need to be in the CBD then it's fine. The building and the area were nice and quiet, perhaps too quiet if you are the sort that likes to be in the thick of the action, or don't want to take trams too much and prefer to be within walking distance of the major attractions.
- Sue (10/5): Flexible and understanding -
- Orange (8/5): Very good - Location is great, and the place is clean and cosy
- Linda (9/5): Fresh, Light and Perfect! - Very well presented and comfortable apartment. Well set up amenities with the little extras. Perfect for a couple. Host Ricki was a pleasure to deal with, good communication, and checked in with us during our stay. The apartment is perfectly placed with easy access to St Kilda Road, Shrine, Botanic Gardens, Albert Park Lake, and South Melbourne Markets. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. There is nothing to dislike.
- Jessie (9/5): Superb - Location: accessible, near public transportation
Host: accommodating and approachable
Facilities: kitchen & bathroom amenities available dawn check-in wasn't feasible
- Ku (10/5): comfortable - It was very clean, the bedroom and living room were separate, and there was a kitchen with all the seasonings and dishes, so it was comfortable enough to want to live there.
- Savannah (9/5): Perfect apartment for the price! - Apartment was very clean, perfect little space for exactly what I needed There was nothing wrong with the apartment
- Broski (10/5): Best appartment in melbourne - Literally eveything Nothing
- Unnati (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kenneth (9/5): Fantastic stay, visiting family who have an apartment right over the road - Perfect location, tram stop right outside the front door. Apartment had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Ricki on hand if you needed anything. Highly recommend. Nothing
- Ian (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great and felt very secure in this accommodation. Short walk to the Botanic Gardens.
- Andrea (9/5): Superb -
- Anonymous (9/5): Great location. Perfect for a short stay - Great location. Very accommodating host. Lots of added value and perks :) No aircon in the bedroom, which can get a little stuffy.
- Natalie (10/5): Exceptional - Fabulous stay! Beautiful apartment, great location, the personal touches made it extra special. Super convenient for an extended visit - kitchen, washing machine etc make life so much easier. Can't recommend enough :)
- Raymond (9/5): Superb -
- Aaron (1/5): Might be okay for single person who would only use the room to sleep but not ideal for a couple or if you were staying a - Pretty good location So very small and the layout made what space there was virtually impossible for 2 people to stay in comfort. The advertising pictures are misleading in regards to the functional space. there was no space to place our suitcases in the bedroom, not even one could be opened fully o. the room. The bathroom had no space to even layout our toiletries. The TV was also not useable for free to air television as there was no aerial or aerial connection to use by. The bed linen had som small stains and no standard top sheets provided.
- Steven (8/5): Very good -
- Belinda (10/5): clean, super comfy and great view, fantastic - location suited us really well, clise to IGA, tram, takeout and to the city and the vibrant south melbourne. it was really good and there was some little things that made us feel good and personal. very thoughtful, Ricki thought of everything. would stay there again❤️
- Chris (8/5): The little extras eg chocolates and nibbles suppled by host were an added bonus - Location was good, short tram ride to city centre It was all good
