• Miyuna (7/5): - 広々としていて10人で過ごしても快適だった。 綺麗な施設で浴室が2つ完備されていたのも嬉しかった。 御手洗は3つほど備えてあった。 車が通るにはなかなか狭い道だったので車で宿舎に向かう人はルートをよく確認した方がいいです。

• SSU YU (1/5): - 空間是真的很大 1.環境超級髒 照片看起來很高級，入住發現環境真的很髒，牆壁發霉，餐桌一擦是超級黑的灰，地板也超黑，才從客廳走到房間，襪子全黑，廚房看起來超厲害，但是瓦斯爐、烤箱都不能用，餐具鍋具非常少，想買東西會來煮的不推。廁所有很噁心的公廁味道。 2.晚上6點抵達，房務人員還在清潔，看到我們到匆匆忙忙隨意收拾就離開，沒有整理到很乾淨 3.地理位置不優，但我們自駕不怕，不過自駕請非常小心，因為真的是在非常非常小的單行道巷弄裡，導航還會報錯，帶我們到車根本無法通行的巷弄，最後還要慢慢倒車出來，沒有車技把握非常不建議 4.老闆非常冷漠沒有同理心 我們發生小擦撞需要報警，但我們無法用日文講出民宿的地址，想請房務人員幫忙，但她完全聽不懂英文，於是打電話給老闆，沒想到是個中國人，我們問說「我想自己打給警察，能不能請房務人員幫我告訴警察民宿的地址，剩下的我自己會處理」 沒想到老闆說「房務人員沒有義務需要跟客人有任何接觸，我這邊也沒辦法幫你」直接拒絕後結束通話，完全不想提供我任何協助。 異國他鄉，很冷漠得拒絕給予幫助，加上環境惡劣，真的無法給予任何好評 不過我必須感謝其中一位房務小姐姐，透過翻譯軟件她知道我需要跟警察報地址，是她接過我的電話跟警察說了這裡的地址 另外！在民宿一樓要求要拖鞋，不過告示寫的有點容易讓人誤會，寫著「不要把鞋留在樓下」他想表示的是要拖鞋，不要把鞋留在樓下，但沒有明確的寫上「請拖鞋」 最後再倒數第二天，我們發現角落有一個倒落的小牌子，大概杯墊的大小寫不能穿鞋不然會罰錢，不僅小還倒下根本沒看到，重點是環境的那麼髒真的完全看不出是要拖鞋才能走進去

• aya (3/5): あまり進勧めできませんできません。 - 部屋の広さは十分ありました。 入り口にゴミを散らかししていました。部屋の中も一見と掃除をしたように見えましたが、ところところ汚れがありました。家具、壁に穴空いていたり、棚の板も外れていたり、洗濯干し用の洗濯機を使ったら洋服にカビをついたり、洗濯干しため外のスペースもかなり汚れていて、洗濯物を干せる感じではなかった。コンロも使いづらくて、使うのに苦労をしました。 立地も駅から少し離れていて、夜帰る時の道が薄暗くて、女の人と子供だけは少しきつそうな夜道でした。車の場合、道はかなり狭くて、曲がり角も多く、大き目な車は結構大変です。運転に自信ない方には注意必要です。

• yutaka (9/5): 大満足で言う事なしです！子供たちは”露天風呂”に入りたがっていましたが、一つ下の部屋でしたのでなかったのが残念と言えば残念でした。 - 息子ファミリー＆娘ファミリーの３家族で利用しましたが部屋が広くて快適でした。 各家族のプライバシーも守ることが出来て、一堂で使用するリビングは広くて会話も弾み楽しい時間を過ごせました。 お風呂も広くシャワーブースもありましたので不自由はなかったですが、欲を言えばもう一つ独立したトイレが有ると便利でした。 （トイレは２個ありましたが、その内の１個は風呂場との共用スペース内でしたので・・・） ２泊しましたが、各人が２泊目は違う寝室を利用して飽きることなく宿泊を楽しめました。 駐車スペースが狭いと思います。 ２台分しかありませんでしたので、せめて１個室に対し１台分のスペースが有れば良かったと思いました。 又、今回はミニバン２台での利用になりましたが、他の部屋を利用されている方が居られたので１台は近隣のコインパーキングに預けました。然し、コインパーキングが近くになく又満車の所も多かったので、少し離れた場所になった事が残念でした。 ホテル前の道幅が狭く又一方通行の所も多かったので、土地勘が無い者には少し不自由さを感じました。 （ナビが誘導してくれるので大きな問題では無かったですが・・・）

• Cenyi (1/5): Very disappointing - We used to stay in this property in 2019, back then it was new clean and big, so we decide to come back with families. Surprisingly, the facility was poorly maintained and managed this time. After went through the communication with their service the good memory was totally ruined. 1) a lot of stain in sauna tub, so we decided not to use it at all. 2)Many advertised facility was broken: central air condition cannot provide heat and the landlord to save energy put air condition on default timer and force shutdown, made winter stay very uncomfortable. The projector light was in purple cannot be used, the electrical line at TV side of wall were out of service. If sit on the sofa, nothing can be seen and heater cannot function. 3)There is no heater in one of the shower room imagine the experience in a 0-4degree winter stay. 4) we travel in families with elderly ,they are all light sleepers so we let the elderly stay at room with bed and we stay at the tatami room. We opened the closet, There is extra Futon and quilt, so we made the bed . Even the futon also has stain and quite old, there is clean sheet, we After we checked out, the next morning, the landlord sent us a message saying we broke their closet locker, which we didn’t even notice as the closet is a sliding door and not locked at all, otherwise we won’t be able to get the futon. The worst part , the landlord told us to pay extra 36000 yen for use of the futon, while there is no pre-indication that using of futon will have such charges! When I call them to communicate, the CS lady keep saying it’s your fault (unbelievable ). They are not willing to sort out the issue. and accuse me broke their locker and threaten me they will charge repair.
• Kathleen (1/5): BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK. TAKE A PICTURE OF EVERYTHING BEFORE CHECK OUT. - Spacious The property is threatening legal action if I do not pay damage done by their cleaner. Despite me agreeing to pay without proof from their side that we broke the kitchen faucet, they are charging an exorbitant amount for a faucet repair. I should’ve gone for a proper hotel and enjoyed their service instead of a spacious apartment that’s mouldy and decorated with substandard furnitures. DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT AND SAVE YOUR MONEY.

• Thebreitenstein8 (6/5): Not my favorite place. - The apartment was about 12 minutes walk from the train station, that could be good or bad depending on the weather and how much luggage you have. The bed are hard but not the worst, the pillows are horrible. If you can bring your own, I absolutely recommend that. The bedroom TV's (I use this to decompress) are so old that you can't stream to them or on them. No airplay, no apps on them, no way to watch anything but Japanese TV, which becomes obsolete if you don't understand Japanese. They advertise as having a washer and dryer in the unit, but the washer is so tiny it only holds clothing for one person, for one day, per wash and the drying feature required me to turn it back on 4-5x before the clothes were even remotely dry. One of the beds had stains on the sheets, the manager asked for photo proof before I could be provided clean sheets. Not sure why proof was needed especially when it took them a full 24 hours to get back to me after that. Now to the good part... the walls are paper thin. This means that if the people in the other units are even chatting at a normal level you will be able to hear every word. Our lovely neighbors had some "ladies of the night" over and we could hear every sound they made until the wee hours of the morning. Every squeal, scream, giggle, and all other sounds that were made. Another night someone was banging on the door of 102 after midnight, it sounded like it was our door (room 101) so I opened my door to see who was waking me (and my children) up in the middle of the night... not someone looking for us. I think I would only consider staying here again if I was in a pinch and nothing better was available. It's says "premium" in the title, this is misleading, it is absolutely not premium. The walls are too thin. The washer is awful.

As a result, we were unable to find other B&Bs. It felt like we were forced to stay. Fortunately, the platform helped us arrange an emergency stay on another floor. • Kuangyi (7/5): Good for big groups with small cars - 1. The space is enormous for eight people. With 2 restrooms and bathrooms, we were able to fresh up quickly after an exhausting day. 2. We also cooked a little bit in the kitchen on the second day and felt quite like home. 3. The cost was very reasonable and made us wonder if the owner could really make money out of it. 1. The road outside is quite narrow for big cars, and the private parking spaces are not enough (3 parking space for 4 rooms). However, there are some public parking lots around within 2 ~ 3 mins walk. 2. Maintainence will be a problem after a few years. There was a broken door piece in the main bathroom that needed to be fixed, although it still functioned. 3. The central air conditioning system was broken, so the individual bedrooms had no temperature control. The owner installed new air conditionings in the living room, so the temperature was not really a problem. We just needed to use circular fans to blow the cool air from the living room into the individual bedrooms. Not really affecting our living there, but it gave us a feeling that the place was falling apart.

It was very dusty in general and we found all kinds of bugs(spiders, crickets and mosquitos, etc.)every day.

• Novi (9/5): Superb - We are close families of 14 ppl with the youngest one is 2 yrs old. This type of accommodation suits us better than hotel rooms. The unit is very spacious. It's in a quiet neighborhood. After eating out for more than 10 days, we missed home cooked food. There is a cheap supermarket which is just 4 mins walking distance. Excellent internet speed! Great communication with the staff (note, no staff at the premise). As this is more like an airbnb type of accommodations, no staff could accept your luggage if you want to send your luggage. It would be great if the unit had more pots and pans. Staying in many airbnb in the US & Australia, we are used to many kitchenware in the property. The nearest public transport is 3-4 mins walk to a tram station. Otherwise, 11-14 mins walk to train stations. It takes longer if you have elderly and kids. Overall, we are still pretty happy. We had a great time with the family.

• Julianna (7/5): Overall a comtable stay for family with kids as there’s lots of space for kids to play around. - Spacious apartment with extra bathroom and toilets which is very useful. Also provide sufficient bath towels during our stay which score an extra point. The renovation was abit run down, wall paper got tear and the kitchen induction looks old and not working very well. The cleaning part can be improved as I notice chips crumps left on the chairs in the room and also dust around certain areas.

There are enough cups, plates, utensils for a nice dinner.. bathtub was a plus as well. Super clean apartment. Very prompt response from the team as well. Always reachable. No rice cooker. Odd enough.... big apartment but not enough chairs? Only 5 or 6 chairs on the dining table. More chairs absolutely necessary. Don't turn on the fan.. very dusty ceiling fan. Narrow path.. don't recommend if you are the one driving.
