• Lerby (1/5): - Grande pièces Le Logement n'est pas propre, nous avons trouvé de la poussière, cheveux saleté dans quasiment toutes les pièces. En cherchant de quoi nettoyer, des dizaines de courriers entassés sont tombés de l'armoire. De plus l’appartement est très mal isolé, nous avons eux extrêmement froid durant tout le séjour durant les nuits en plus avec des enfants en bas âge... les portes et fenêtres laissent passer beaucoup de courant d'air. Nous ne recommandons pas...
• Jason (9/5): A good property, well located with just a few small areas for improvement. - Generally speaking the stay here was a very good one. Property represents very good value for money, is located close top both train and bus stops line which give fantastic access to the rest of london. The property was in generally good condition and there were very few issues with our stay. With relatively cheap changes, the property would easily have reached 5 star status. The property was not supplied with toilet paper of tea towells or a bathmat (but did come with hand towels and bathroom towels) and so we had to rush out to get toilet paper once we realised. I would say that the purchase of a bath matt in particular would be a very cheap, very valuable investment as without it the curved sides of the bath and lack of grips to hold onto make getting out of the bath rather legitimately dangerous as the length of the screen allows water to get onto the smooth floor. One of the bedrooms only had a thin screen which still let a lot of light in, as opposed to proper curtains which would have been preferred. The bedding for the Sofa bed lacked covers and there is a hole in the wall behind the upstairs toilet - this by itself is not an issue, but it did allow a mouse to get into the property during our stay. This obviously sounds like a lot, but honestly, for the most part these are mostly fairly cheap improvements you could make to the property which would raise it to a truely 5* experience. - Ultimately if I was visiting london again and this property was available, I would be happy to take it.

• Leisa (9/5): Convenient, clean and a good size accommodation, - Very well located, facilities as described, downstairs sofa bed made up for our arrival, which was great. Area a bit tired, but ok.
• Marco (2/5): Tutto ok finché non ho trovato un ago tra le lenzuola del letto - La casa tutto sommato non era male ma quando sono andato a letto ho sentito pungere e con mio immenso stupore ho trovato un ago nel letto che usciva dalle lenzuola. Meno male che i miei figli non erano saliti su quel letto.

• Catherine (1/5): Certainly not a “gem”. So glad we only booked for one night - Nothing. This was not a good flat. There was not a scrap of toilet paper in the place - completely unacceptable. There was black mould in the second bedroom with an attempt to cover it up with a sticker. The outside was dirty and untidy. There were no basic amenities in the kitchen, some tea and coffee facilities should have been supplied. Had we wanted to eat or have a drink there, there were not enough glasses or plates. The beds were uncomfortable with springs protruding. The pillows were poor and thin. It was very hot and the curtains were very thin. There ought to be black out blinds and fans. There was no bath mat. The carpet looked like it needed a good vacuum. It was very noisy. The estate the flat is in is run down. Overall it was very poor value - very expensive for what was supplied.

• Virginia (6/5): No AC and uncomfortable beds - Spacious and easy to enter. Unfortunately we only stayed one hour here. We found that the location was too residential for us and not as close to the train, restaurants, and groceries as we thought. There is no AC and we walked into an extremely hot apartment. The beds were also very uncomfortable. When you sat on them you can feel the springs and you bottomed out the mattress. With poor backs we knew we had to leave and find other accommodations for our family. The staff was friendly enough but we received no refund. We only asked for a partial but I guess the rate I paid was non refundable.

• Aly (9/5): Had a great time, amazing property and close to the train station 😊 - Very good location, spacious kitchen and rooms Didn’t spend too much time at the property, but the back garden need a bit of improvement
• Roxanne (8/5): A lovely stay at a great location. Very bright and airy. Made our visit very comfortable. - Nice and spacious accommodation. Nice facilities. The call centre is helpful. The code was incorrect but this was quickly corrected after a phone call. The sofa bed wasn't prepared with bedding we had to search for this ourselves. There wasn't enough toilet roll. The front bedroom had no privacy curtains.
• Robert (3/5): if you’re looking for accesible clean lodgings, go elsewhere - it stated entire unit was on the ground floor, this was not the case. i’m a wheelchair user and the property was beyond inaccessible. there was litter strewn around the courtyard which i couldn’t access for an entire day because someone messed up the key situation, there wasn’t clear instructions for anything and overall was an unpleasant stay

• Myrna (8/5): I will stay there again - Location. Very close to the bus A little bit noisy at night time due to rain and traffic outside, but the property is close to bus station and staff is nice.
• Nuhi (1/5): Bad - There were a lot of things wrong with the apartment!! The apartment was very dirty. Actually, dirty is an understatement. This apartment was filthy. The beds were very uncomfortable, sheets were not changed and the trash bins were full of trash from the previous guests. The heating was not working and this issue was not resolved even after explaining to the owner that we have a small child. The worst thing for last, we found a used condom in the living room!! I would never recommend this place. I will attach some pictures down below so you can see it for yourself.
• Coleen (1/5): Terrible, Avoid this Property - The only redeeming feature of this property was the location near Clapham junction station. Unfinished, uncomfortable beds/ sofa, no heating, lack of facilities- kitchen cutlery/crockery/ cooking items (couldn’t cook a meal for 4), unable to use washing machine as nowhere to dry anything/ no drying rack or heating, no tea towels etc, ‘garden’ a joke! Etc etc - so bad hard, to list everything ……
• Jakub (7/5): Good - Quite spacious apartment, some of the rooms seem to be recently renovated, kitchen was quite well equipped. Missing trash bin in the kitchen, lack of dishwasher tablets, door lock didn't seem to be very solid.
• Marco (9/5): Comfortable, near Clapham so basically near to the everything with just a train or a bus, like being at home. Love it - They renewed the house, I love how they make it looks like a very sophisticated with just little details here and there! The house had a problem with humidity but it doesn’t affect our stay at all!

• Fernando (8/5): Value for money in London. - The location, the staff very supporting. They deserve a 10. We had a broken washmachine. The staff help a lot offering a laundry. They pickup our laundry and returned wash, dry and ready to store. There were some damages in the appartment. though it is not that bad.

• Fuad (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect, good location, worth the money. Big full beds. Had a grocery and bus stop in 1-2 min walk. Washing machine didnt work. Everything was in a good condition.

• Jovie (5/5): Passable - The place was spacious and clean. The washing machine did not work. We were not able to have a free parking as we did not have the parking permit. I was instructed to write in a piece of paper the resident parking permit number so we can park but my husband work in the MET traffic enforcement previously and will not do it as its not Legal to do that way. We ended paying for our parking throughout our stay so the free parking was a fail.
• Sandra (7/5): Good - Big house! No curtains in the sleeping rooms. It was way too bright!!!! The wardrobes were very dusty. The lights in the bathroom were tooo bright. There was only one bench in the kitchen at the table. A chair would have been nice.
