• Valérie (8/5): - L' emplacement, la terrasse ,la vue et la salle de sport Nous étions 5 personnes, 2 serviettes de toilette prévues à l' arrivée. Nous avons dû attendre le lendemain pour avoir le complément. Pas agréable après 10h d'avion. Salle de bain à rénover .... Appartement conçu pour 2 personnes et non pour 5. Canapé lit pas confortable . Pas de drap à disposition pour le petit canapé . Pas de café, pas de thé , pas de sopalin . Placard entièrement vide .
• Grecia (10/5): The view from the 36th is beautiful! The best place to stay when in Brickell. - The most amazing view in Brickell! Close to so many of the most popular restaurants and clubs. Will definitely be back!!!

• Francisco (4/5): Excelente ubicacion pero deteriorado. - Excelente ubicacion, la propiedad tienen un gran potencial pero urge una renovacion (sellos del baño, pintura ,colchones, etc) El anfitrion intento arreglar algunos detalles. En general tenia sucediad en los rincones, fuga de agua en el WC parte baja del piso (ver foto), el colchon de la pieza principal esta malo (arqueado al centro) no permite descanzar bien, ropa de cama con olor a humedad. Tuvimos que esperar 20 minutos para el check in. Si bien el administrador gestiono que arreglaran algunos temas (limieza adicional, fuga WC) uno espera que esto no suceda.

Terraza muy sucia. Colchon de la cama muy incomodo. Se dobla al uno acostarse. El aire acondicionado funciona bien. Relación precio servicio no es buena. Conseguimos alquilar luego en Brickell House a 150$ diarios. El edificio con mucha gente y ruido.

• Daphne Rashun (10/5): Beautiful stay in Brickell - Everything was perfect overall. This apartment is fantastic, beautiful, and perfectly located. We loved having free parking and the staff were very helpful and kind. I was confused on how to get the keys, but they were in the apartment already. An extra roll of tissue and some body wash would have been nice.

From the moment I arrived, the apartment had a very strong smell of marijuana, which was very uncomfortable since I don’t use drugs. I messaged the host about the situation but never received a reply. The towels had a bad odor, so I had to buy new ones, and the place did not provide basic items like soap or shampoo. The apartment is equipped with the bare minimum, but the cleanliness and the host’s attention were very disappointing. Spanish: Lamentablemente mi experiencia no fue buena. Desde que llegué, el apartamento tenía un olor muy fuerte a marihuana, lo cual fue muy incómodo ya que no consumo drogas. Escribí al anfitrión para informar la situación y nunca obtuve respuesta. Además, las toallas tenían mal olor y tuve que comprar nuevas, y el lugar no contaba con artículos básicos como jabón o shampoo. El apartamento está equipado con lo mínimo, pero la limpieza y la atención del anfitrión dejaron mucho que desear.

Nothing more In my opinion, this unit does not justify the price I paid and falls significantly short of expectations based on its listing. While I appreciate the efforts of the property manager to be helpful, the overall condition and quality of the apartment do not warrant a review score above 8. Realistically, it should be rated around 5 or 6. I believe there is misleading information on the booking platform that needs to be addressed. For comparison, I have used the VRBO platform to reserve entire properties for groups of five in cities such as San Diego, Washington D.C., Portland, and Seattle—all of which offered far better conditions than this one. Even a glance at the kitchen supplies in this unit shows they are unusable. As mentioned, the only redeeming quality of this apartment is its location. Some of the disgusting issues are: towel with red stains, although the property manager mentioned that they are washed, yellow stains around the toilet, no shampoo and paper towel and only one used toilet paper in the property means you need to do grocery shopping on your vacation. I have not seen this before. This is really embarrassing. I explained all these to the property manager and they just provided some shampoo samples. BY THE WAY, another ridiculous thing is if you book this apartment, do not forget to bring your blankets and bed sheets, otherwise you need to go target find something for yourself 😂😂😂.

• Gerrit (8/5): Overall, we are satisfied with the accommodation we have rented - The location was not too far away from other nice places, where we can buy our daily needs. Good view from the location of the apartment within the building. Parking area is safe. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Good to have a washing machine in the apartment. Communication with the host. Coffee machine was not cleaned. There were only two beds available, while we have booked for Five Person. There is an air bed available, which is not listed in the Details of the Apartment.
• Rehan (9/5): Excellent views and great location - The view, the location of the property is excellent. There are some works being done on one side of the building but doesn't hamper the view. The view of the ocean from the balcony was phenomenal. The air-conditioning was good and the beds were comfy. The balcony could have been improved as the floor was a bit older. There is a building registration fee of $50. Would have been nice if it was mentioned in the description within the booking.com listing. However, it was mentioned in the Airbnb listing.
• Stacey (1/5): Never again - We didn’t get breakfast, location was great I stayed 3 nights before my cruise and booked one night after. Host would not respond when I got back which left me stranded with no room. Also the description of the room stated 2 queens, there was only one so my daughter and her fiancé had to sleep on an air mattress
• Miranda (8/5): Very good - view was amazing . Apartment was good. The lighted candle upon arrival was a nice touch . Location was safe and upscale . Perhaps a coffee maker would be a wonderful addition, also details on parking before arrival would’ve saved some frustration.
