- Huh? (8/5): A Nice Stay Close to a great place to swim lake Zürich - The flat was in a great little neighborhood, not quite central, but still a twenty minute walk from the old city. It was comfortable and very clean. The beds we're comfortable and there are two beautiful balconies. The street noise for both the bedrooms is a bit intense. The trolley runs late, people stay up late, and at one point there was a literal chainsaw at two in the morning. Bring earplugs, especially if it's summer because you do want to have the windows open to cool the place at night.
- Satyajeet (8/5): Very good - Apartment was clean and well furnished. It is centrally located with easy access to grocery store and walkable to bellevue and children’s play area. There is direct connectivity to Zurich HB. Overall very pleasant stay. And recommended for family. Apartment was on 2nd floor. And the elevator was not working. I believe elevator was under the maintenance. With two kids and luggage carried with us, it was always tiring to climb up the stairs.

A wonderful holiday stay for a small family, with complete basic amenities . The in-unit laundry is really of great help.

Place is big enough to be comfortable for a small family. Everything was clean. There's a washer and dryer which was super useful. The sofa bed is ok for a kid, but not comfortable enough for an adult. The unit has a washing machine and dryer but no laundry detergent was provided. Everything else was great.

Transportation close The halls smell like dog when you walk into the building. It’s a bad smell. There is some noise from trams, construction and upstairs neighbors.
- Sinan (9/5): Fairy enough - First of all, the location of the facility was perfect, there was easy access to everywhere. Also, since it was close to the market, we could easily meet all our needs. The interior of the house was larger than I thought and had all the facilities to comfortably accommodate a family of four. The day we went, we encountered a misfortune and saw that the house was not cleaned. This can be considered a negative. However, the homeowner took immediate action and ensured that the house was cleaned within 2 hours. However, my one comment is about the lack of basic materials in the house. Providing oil, coffee or toiletries will make a more pleasant environment for guests.
- Barbara (7/5): Convenient, comfy, clean yet quite noisy. - Nice, spacious and comfortable. Very clean. The location is perfect, close to the tram with many restaurants and a Coop supermarket within walking distance. Beds are comfy. The bathroom was warm and hot water came quickly, which is appreciated in December. Noise level was tough. We could hear the neighbors every move. Walls are thin and windows don’t isolate from the noise on the street. Early in the morning, construction was happening right next to the building. On the first floor, a dog daycare is located and dogs start barking at 8am. It’s a pity because the apartment is quite nice otherwise.

- Jennifer (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment has all a family would need. It is in a great location. The host was responsive in communicating. There is a tram station and a supermarket close as well. Something to know is that the entrance is in the back and down a stone stairway.

- Brian (10/5): Great place! - Plenty of space, perfectly positioned between Chinese garden/lake and the botanical garden. Very easy to walk or take a 5 minute tram ride into town. Staying here is to feel emersed in a lovely area with real families all around. Truely lovely and it will definitely be my first choice in the future. Contact with the owners was excellent. All instructions were useful and easy to follow.ð Leaving!

. I like this area of Zurich the most. Aold location with coop AND migros within 4 minute walk. Great shops from art to clothes and book stores. Good restaurants in every block.
Excellent tram access it is very easy to most around the city from here. Washer dryer a huge plus.
Big basic clean flat. Separate living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. No ac but there are great fans that worked perfectly for me.

Balconies are nice to have back one small but quiet. No toiletries but I was ready for that. Would be nice if there was a single wash laundry soap.
- Evangeline (9/5): Really enjoyed our stay here. Will stay again if we're ever back in Zurich. Highly recommended. - Flat is very clean and spacious and has everything we need for our stay. Around 30 min walk to the main railway station and city centre but tram is literally few steps away from the flat, so is a convenience store. Lake Zurich is about 2 min walk away. Host / Staff are very responsive to my questions and agreed to my request of an early check in, did not even charge us for city tax ! Special thanks goes to Tuncer. The lift is not working. But this is more of a building problem and not the flat's fault.
