Please take into account the following important information before booking: Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included. Baby crib: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it. Extra guest: Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night. -Arrival after hours: Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge €30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50. After 00:00 the property will charge €80. If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR. After 00:00 the property will charge 80 EUR. If the arrival day is 12/25, 12/26 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 100 EUR. Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment and the balcony. Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine). The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the facilities of our flats. Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured. The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the guest.

Yun (7/5): Good - We enjoyed cooking at the accommodation, and the location was excellent. Plus, you can see the Sagrada from the patio :) The communication with the staff was good. I stayed at the accommodation for about 4 days, and there were several disappointing aspects. The sofa bed was quite old, causing discomfort in my back after sleeping on it. Some of the provided towels left lint on my body after use. Additionally, we couldn't store our luggage at the hotel during check-out, which was different from our usual experience. Moreover, there were unexpected expenses, including a 300 Euro deposit, a 30 Euro holiday check-in fee, and separate tax costs. There was also a foul smell coming from the air conditioner, indicating it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Furthermore, the coffee dripper machine had coffee residue that seemed to have been left unattended for a long time, rendering it unusable.
