The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable, but the sofa bed in the living room was not comfortable at all.” We did not like that the kitchen table was made of glass. Some of the chairs were broken and wobbly. The bedside lamps in the bedroom were not working. The TV remote had no batteries; we had to buy and put them in ourselves. We could not use the laundry room because of the payment method, so we had to wash our clothes somewhere outside the facility. There were not enough pots and pans in the kitchen to cook meals, and the ones that were available were scratched and dirty, so we could not cook. There was no water purification system in the kitchen, so we had to buy water from outside. These were the deficiencies we noticed. Even though we wrote these issues in a message, the facility manager or the homeowner did not show any interest or make any effort to fix them. We did not like these conditions.

• Tsidiso (1/5): My stay at this property in Beverly Hills was extremely disappointing and far below the standard one would expect from s - Unfortunately, there was nothing I liked about this property. The uncleanliness, lack of accountability from management, and overall poor experience overshadowed any potential positives it might have had. The property was filthy upon arrival, with hair in the bathroom and cutlery drawer, dust on the window panes, spiderwebs on all four corners of the patio / balcony, and dirt and dust covering the vents and ceiling. This neglect likely contributed to the overall uncleanliness of the space. Management was unprofessional and dismissive, failing to address the issues promptly or provide adequate solutions. Their repeated back-and-forth responses and lack of accountability made the stay frustrating and far below Beverly Hills standards. I would not recommend this stay or the associated company / business.
