We were constantly reminded that everything we did would cost extra, e.g. use of the oven comes with a charge og 50 AUD, losing keys would be 150 AUD, check-out of +1 minute would be charged with XXX AUD etc etc. I was not a fan of receiving text message at 7 AM in the morning asking when we would be out...

• Millie (9/5): Great place/location in general. - The property was gorgeous and great location. Some of the bedding didn’t seem too clean, we found hairs and quite dusty. We also couldn’t get in contact with the host, we sent a message via booking.com but no response, just automated messages about house rules and instructions.

• Leah (9/5): Beautiful place, great location, fast communication and very family friendly. We will definitely be visiting again. - Easy to find and close to everything. Beautiful place we all loved it. Struggled to Bluetooth iPhone to TV to watch sport test matches that evening and would love having a towel in the kitchen to dry dishes.

• Loretta (7/5): - It was clean. So many rules left by little cards placed around the unit. Even had to take your own rubbish out upon leaving. Stairs were not suitable for small children. The hot water system was just warm enough to have a shower with no cold on.

• Kathryn (7/5): Good - Air conditioners in every room It’s not a house, it’s an apartment in a larger house which wasn’t clear on the listing. Wobbly staircase outside. Old linen and towels. No dish towel for washing up - we had to use a bath towel. No hand towels provided. Signs with rules in every room. Smaller than expected.

• Danielle (6/5): Extremely Unsanitary. - Roomy, liked the style of the apartment. Found tissues at the bottom of bed linen in the morning, Knowing I slept on dirty linen is absolutely disgusting and in no way acceptable. No pillows on the single bed when I requested extra with extra blankets!? The Windowsill was littered with dead bugs in the room with a double and a single bed. All the sugar was wet I couldn't even have a coffee without paying for one at the shop. 100m from the beach is also an absolute joke try 1km of stairs. All in all, I am so unimpressed like WOW...$500 is an absolute rip off.

• Tim (4/5): If you’re not looking for luxury or value for money, this is the place for you - Clean, full kitchen For more than $1200 per night I thought we were booking a luxury property. In reality it was an upscale backpackers, that doesn’t even have on site parking, has blunt knives, tiny bedrooms, single bathroom without seperate toilet nor bath. My bad for not checking details more carefully in advance.

• Haylee (10/5): Fun and just what we needed! - Perfect unit for a group of 6! Amazing decor and design. Really close to the beach and surrounding parks. Comfy furniture and spacious fridge/kitchen cabinets. Stunning bedrooms and bathrooms. Equipped with cute little balcony and kitchen. Even included board games for those with families.

• John (10/5): Beautiful Property We loved it. - We only stayed one night, and it was very nice. We had our breakfast in town. Very nice. It was all good well maintained there was nothing not to like.
• Alanah (4/5): Disappointing - location. Keys were not in the location as provided prior to check-in. In addition to this, the apartment was listed as a queen bed, a double bed, and two single beds however there was only one single bed with no linen on it. We had 4 adults (none of whom were couples) and a 1 year old staying with us, and required the appropriate bedding as listed.
