• Susana (8/5): - Me encantó la limpieza, ubicación, comodidad... Y el que nos reciba una persona a la llegada ( Federico) es muy agradable. No tenía productos de aseo cómo se menciona y el ruido del bar de abajo por la noche es incómodo. Mejor bajarse a ver la música en directo ue escuchar para dormir.

• Gabriel (10/5): Clean, helpful host, close to the center and train station. - The host was great, we didn't checked in earlier but we could leave our luggage and explore the city freely. The location was good, supermarket nearby. Very clean and with everything that you need in a vacation, the room smelled great, good wifi speed and in like 15-20 min you are in the center The sofa in the living room is not meant to sleep, my mother slept in that sofa and slept terrible, it has like a hole or something because she slept with the head down somehow, not good. But the bed in the other room was great

A little small but it does OK.Sometimes, you can hear some party noises from outside but not so big deal. Additionally Roberto is very helpful and cheerful person.

• Sara (6/5): Night time music noise from across the road is an absolute deal-breaker. Would not stay here again. - Location and air conditioning Kitchen under equipped, bathroom lacking safety features/grips in the shower, no shelf in the shower, rough/thin towels, one of the 2 TVs did not work, no non-Italian channels, late-night thumping dance music from the restaurant across the street, requirement to pay city tax in cash while everyone uses debit/credit cards! Acting like a hotel but not collecting tax like one.

• Olivia (10/5): Nice place! 10/10 - Really nice and spacious. Very clean too. I really recommend the place and would book again if I were to come back to Milan. Small downside is having to meet with the host to get the keys but the host was very nice and punctual.

• Stephen (7/5): I would have preferred to stay near the Duomo . - A/C and good size shower. Bed was really uncomfortable and the kitchen equipment wasn't even basic.. the room had an iron, sadly it did not have an ironing board. The sink had dish soap, sadly it had no tea towel to dry dishes. The crockery was from the OP shop. Compared to places we stayed recently it was at the bottom of the list. Last of all the nightclub music near by kept us entertained well after midnight. So no good night rest.

The rooms where clean and exactly as shown in the picture. The metro to the city center was 2 min away, everything was fine. I will definitely book again :)

• Paris (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and spacious. The building is super secure and a 5-10 min walk to Milan central station. Subway is like 2 mins away which was super handy Icy cold aircon which was well needed!

• Kirke (7/5): Really nice place, but disturbingly loud enviroment and due to that could not sleep - The place was clean, things looked new and had everything we needed. The location was really good (near to train station and 3 km from Duomo). You have to be aware that at night there is really loud music coming from outside (we stayed there at Saturday night). Also the walls are very thin, we could hear conversations and TV watching flawlessly. We tried to mute all the sounds with headphones which were playing music and could not sleep until the music stopped from outside, which was approximately at 2 AM. We highly recommend to use ear plugs.

• Aneta (9/5): Superb - Very good location to explore Milan. Spacious apartament. Nice service. I recommend. I have small reservations: improving the cleanliness of bathroom-shower and kitchen equipment - three people thats three glasses, three coffee cups . But little things to mąkę it better.

I booked the room at very last minute for an unplanned trip to Milan, after 15mins (not hours) I discovered that the entry time was too late for me (I had several baggages with me) and I've asked for the possibility at least to store my baggage. Not only they clearly stated that no exceptions are possible (flexibility/understanding customers are not mandatory qualities) but I was really surprised about the total lack of understanding in trying at least to give me some solution. As I could not see any option at the moment, I asked to cancel the reservation or to find a gentlemen's agreement. Asnwer was harsh and I had the impression that the only thing there were interested was not to loose the money I anticipated them. Fortunately Trenitalia's customer care very kindly and professionally provided me a solution for my baggages (not aware they had storage in the Station). At this point, despite I paid the room, considering the way I was managed by their customer services, I decided to find another accomodation to prove that it was not a matter of money. Until now, I haven't received a call just to check why I did not used the room and this makes me think even more that Customer Care is not their priority.
• Nahian (5/5): Not satisfied with the service Bed and rooms, location perfect, 10-12 min walking from Milan centra - Only the location. The room was clean. The gave us fresh towels. Didn't like the Bed. So noisy, our baby couldn't sleep. It has to be repaired. Didn't like the stuff/service. He said he's gonna talk about the bed with the apartment owner, it seems he knew about this problem. We also asked to come earlier for dropping our bags as we have baby. He didn't allow us to come early. No dustbin in the toilet. No spare poly bags for dustbin, No spare tischu. The tap in the sink needs to be fixed. No salt or sugar. Nothing. This is airbnb not a hotel.

I wouldn’t book anymore here and I suggest to not do it as well. - the property is in a perfect location if you work in Via Vittor Pisani, really close also to the center. The company who manages the property, they are the rudest people I have ever met in my life.

They were uncooperative about other checkin solutions. Even though it’s not a hotel and just an apartment rented out by people they would not allow my friend to check in for me and didn’t have any other solutions. When I asked them what they think I should do they said „cancel (and still pay in full) or come the next day). So I went back and forth with booking.com to find a solution and ended up adding someone to the reservation the day off, just to be able to check in. As my friend couldn’t make it, I then told them I would have to check in the next day and book a second hotel for the first night just because they were being so complicated. when I woke up in the morning at a different hotel (which was day two of the reservation) I saw that the property claimed a „no show“ and cancelled my reservation (even though I told them that I would check in the next day) just because they could according to the rules of Booking.com and they didn’t care about where I stay, only about the money. Not only that, I saw that they also had immediately put the apartment back online to be booked again. So i payed almost 500€ and didn’t have a place to stay! There was nothing that Booking.com could have done they said according to their rules.
• Sophia (7/5): Good - Even though we had payed over 350 euros the person that came to give me the keys didn't let me in as I had to pay 27 euros ONLY IN CASH for the municipality taxes. I had an issue since I had forgotten my wallet and my friends were coming in the evening to Milan. The person didn't let me in and I was begging him for 40 min outside. I was alone and I tried to convince him to give him the money by a transfer to his bank account or to come later to give him the money once my friends would come. In the end he let me in but was very unpolite. This experience really stressed me as it was not logical that I would steal 27 euros while we were going to be there for the next 3 days - he could come just a few hours later to collect them and not making me beg him to go inside an apartment I had already pay for.
