- Millicent (8/5): Perfect getaway - Perfect location for a two week stay in Florence - would definitely return! Great facilities, comfortable bed, and the communication was really quick. Very close to everything, but on a quiet street. It's up very steep stairs and the key was a bit tricky to work out. But didn't affect our stay.
- Roger (5/5): Good location, average apartment - The location It felt like I was staying in a university students apartment with the odd, old furniture and decor. The pillows were virtually non-existent and there was only one blanket. On a positive when I advised the management company they provided more blankets and brand new pillows the next evening.. The kitchen had no microwave, no kettle or some other basic items you would expect to find in an apartment for rent. Also if you are going to take luggage. the stairs up are not the easiest.

Wanting me to meet responsible for things I may not even be aware of?? I have stayed at over 10 places in the last 8 months and have never seen this before??
