• Lothar (10/5): it is worth trying out the apartment - It is a very beautiful flat. The flat is located in a green area, and the location is very quiet. There are always parking spaces in front of the building. Due to its location on the fourth floor and the balconies that surround the flat, the view is sensational. The colours and lights of the sunsets over the sea alone could be used to create a holiday photo book. The flat is excellently designed with an open-plan kitchen and a very spacious living room. The bedrooms are at the back, so even if you are visiting with children who need to go to bed early, there is no disturbance. The bathrooms are modern, new and extremely functional. The flat is equipped with everything you need, and there is a free regular cleaning service for longer stays. The host is pet-friendly, so you can even bring your dog with you. The host is very helpful, always available and able to ‘move mountains’. The apartment is within walking distance of one of Athens' most beautiful beach promenades with cafés and restaurants. There are also smaller beaches there, which are unfortunately very busy in summer due to their quality. There are shops for daily needs, as well as pharmacies and supermarkets nearby. All in all, the flat is uncompromisingly good and an excellent solution for combining work and leisure. nothing

The host is a true star and helped us with whatever we needed help with⭐️ the apartment is super nice with the best sea view. Short walk to the beach and to the supermarket. The apartment was clean and up to date 😃 will definitely recommend!

Otherwise we really had to taxi around to the shopping &!restaurants We liked the property but we really would have liked some outside furniture - there was a table & chairs but no sofa or loungers to enjoy the patios. It would have been nice if we could have lounged on the patios.
