- Abed (2/5): Never stay with them again - Location Airbnb Apartment was part of a hotel (which was not published on Booking.com) They gave us a room at 1 floor (like a basement) We requested Kozy to give us a higher floor but they refused (although I stayed 19 days with them) There was no view from apartment just a dirty basement Where tenants from higher floors threw stuff There were roaches in apartment I will never deal with this company or recommend them to anyone. In addition the hotel reception will not provide any help saying you are with a different business (will not allow us to use the toilet in the lobby) Regards
