• Christine (9/5): Our time in Canberra was excellent - Great location within walking distance of city centre. Very comfortable apartment. Sometimes traffic was very loud at night even with window closed.
• Philia (10/5): Great in every way, the location is most convenient and central. We would stay there again when we are in Canberra. - We enjoyed everything at the property. The parking instructions were a little confusing and difficult to follow. The gate to the apartment key and the door at the apartment were hard to open at first encounter. Though the staff - Campbell, was helpful, patient and polite.

• Jeffrey (8/5): Comfortable, well-equipped apartment, in a great location right on the edge of the CBD. - Great location and with secure parking included in the cost. Having full sized fridge and good kitchen amenities plus washer/drier and balcony with drying rack made the stay all that more comfortable.

• Razzle1976 (6/5): A good value property in the heart of Canberra CBD, but better suited to a couple than a family. - The property is located in the heart of the Canberra CBD, across the road from Canberra Centre so there's easy access to shops, cafes, food etc. A modern building, and a lovely, modern apartment. Loads of parking with easy lift access to the apartment. The apartment was probably better suited to a couple, or young family with smaller children. Our family of 4 with two teenage boys found the apartment a little below our expectations. Unfortunately the wifi was not working. We only received linen for two people (not 4 as booked) so had to head to the shops to buy more bath towels etc. The manager of the apartment did say if we had asked them, they would have rectified both issues, so I do acknowledge I should have reached out to them when we were there.
• Michael (7/5): Did not meet our needs as it was represented. Only good for two people. Sofa bed needs replacing. - Excellent location. opposite Canberra Central. Buses across the road. Nice apartment. Not very clean. We had booked for three people. The sofa bed was full of all sorts of stains as were the cushions from previous customers / activities. Appalling. Third member of family had to book another hotel. Disgusting. Let the owners know but no response thus I am posting here. There were also only 2 towels upon arrival for 3 people. Informed host. Host indicated someone would drop one off. Informed by host later that their staff spoke to us via intercom and we refused entry. No-one called. Clear suggestion that we were lying. Furious. Found a towel on the floor outside apartment the next morning. Will never stay there again.

• Julz (10/5): We Had a great stay, Thank you! - The Space, the amenities, cleanliness , close proximity to the City Centre. Exactly what we needed for our stay in Canberra. key collection instruction is easily laid out , few hiccups but we got there. we got everything that we needed in the property so there's no complaint there . Depending on a person's comprehension to instructions ,Key Collection can be a bit tricky.

• Jeanette (9/5): Great location and great apartment. Loved the touches like milk and coffee. - Loved the location. Check in was tricky because we didn’t know the area and the car park didn’t have the levels signed. Once we were checked in we had a great time.
• Tina (2/5): Very disappointed in home vacay and surprised that cleaning staff are not trained to clean properly and ensure basics li - Excellent location The unit didn’t look like it was cleaned and some of the essentials were missing. First of all the carpets had heaps of pet hair and didn't look vacuumed. We vacuumed as much as we could, but it was just too dirty. The dishwasher was horribly gross with dried on food and soap everywhere. I've included photos and chose not to clean it or use it. There was no hair dryer, which was stated to be included in the stay. We didn't bring ours, which we use everyday typically, so this was horrible for us to go unkept each day and not fix our hair. The sofa cover was absolutely dirty and filthy. Very gross. The hand soap was obviously watered down to the point it was unusable. One of the coffee mugs were chipped and no directions how to use the stovetop. Very disappointing.

Nothing else available except free to air. - Half the crockery and glasses missing. - No rug; fitout not like in the photos. - Light came through a big blind gap in the bedroom. - Second bed is just the sofa in the lounge room. - Instructions on security and parking not clear at all. Car bay numbers are randomly allocated so very hard to tell which on is correct unless you walk around to look. - Vacuum cleaner still full of dirt when I arrived. - Dead pot plant on the balcony. - No simple written instructions on anything. Should be covered and in a welcome brochure or pinned to the fridge. Using the car park, dishwasher, washing machine, drier or vacuum cleaner, check out key drop process, etc. etc. - No aircon in bedroom, just a noisy heat/cool mobile fan device that did not work well. - No rubbish emptying instructions. It’s a self-service, down-a-bin chute process in a bin room near the lift. - No washing line or rack. - No a good view from the balcony; no privacy. - No direct contact details offered by the property manager and/or owner, so no hope of having any questions or concerns promptly addressed.

• Jani (10/5): Fantastic apartment, in a great location that you can even visit with your pet. - Great modern apartment that has everything you need. Clean and spacious, lovely building amenities and parking.
• David (10/5): I will come back here as we really enjoyed our Christmas with family with shops and Glebe park for our kids and our furr - The location is great, right in the city center. Also conveniently had parking which helps with the stay. Took a while to check in as the finding the access key and parking was a bit tricky.

• Natalie (10/5): It was wonderful to have space to ‘be’ as opposed to just a hotel room. It really felt like home and everything was sooo - This place has honestly exceeded my expectations! Everything was very thoughtful. The linen and towels were so luxurious and there was ample cupboard space for all my items to be packed away so I wasn’t reminded I will be leaving in a few days lol. Everything was comfortable and I was very excited to see some spices in the kitchen when I was cooking which saved me having to buy some. And omg the Dyson hair dryer! Love that! Thank you for having me - such a great spot and so close to cafes and shops I was in heaven! Sad to leave! Everything was perfect!
