• Christine (3/5): Do not book, no value for $ - Location of this place was the only redeeming factor. It just felt the the owner bought the place 40 years ago and haven’t touched a thing since. I wouldn’t mind usually but the place feels grotty, holes in mattress protectors, spiderwebs and in fly screens. No airconditioning so incredibly hot and stuffy. Fans provided incredibly dusty and dis not work adequately. Not even the microwave worked, texted about this told could steal from other unit but no further contact. The place should be charging no more than $100 but offered no value for money and the kind of place that still expected the world - ie communication suggested if we left too much sand on floors we would be charged extra but did not provide a working vacuum or had a disgustingly old broom. This place would have been even worse if someone was next door. Ultimately do not book, this place offers only a good location with no value, service, heating/cooling, linen, microwave etc. owner it is time to put some money into your investment instead of disappointing your guests and making them feel ripped off.
• Karl (8/5): Comfortable, good location. Plenty of space - Location great across from the creek. Not air conditioned.
• Stephen (8/5): Very good - The location was good, parked the car on arrival and didn't need to use it again until leaving. Plenty of storage space, don't have to live out of the suitcase while you are staying there. Has a bbq which gives you the option of cooking outside and not heating up the unit on hot days. Undercover outdoor area for each unit and undercover parking for your vehicle. Kitchen/dining area is a little cramped, but given the layout it's a bit hard to improve it.
• Troy (3/5): Poor - Location Property was dirty, even dishes in the cupboards. Double bed upstairs was broken. Wrong address was given so we had to drive around to find the correct place
