- Vasilisa (10/5): Wonderful apartment in a lovely part of an amazing city - We absolutely loved our stay! Patrizia is a very nice and helpful host. The apartment is located in one of the loveliest (in my opinion) parts of the city, right next to a small canal and a cozy plaza with shops and restaurants. The apartment is even better than pictures so i didn't make any. It's very modern, comfortable, spotlessly clean and fitted with everything you might need and more (hairdryer, iron, ironing board, coffee machine, lots of dishes, olive oil, spices, tea, soap, shower gel and shampoo - you name it). We felt very much at home, it was a delight to come there after a long day of admiring Venice :) Thank you and we will come again. Nothing, it was great

- Ralph (10/5): Fantastic!! Would definitely recommend it and come back! - There was nothing NOT TO LIKE about this property. It was clean and had all the amenities you would need. The apartment is close to many restaurants, bars and even a grocery store. It was a pleasurable experience and would recommend this place to all my family and friends. Grazie Patrizia!!!😁 I loved everything about the place, the only critique I could say that if you don’t like walking for a long periods it may not be for you. But, a 30 minute walk got you almost anywhere and you get the opportunity to explore Venice and experience its beauty and culture.

- Jerry (10/5): Amazing decor. Great location. Great space. - Everything was thought of. This place is what you expect an Italian home would look like. The walls the furniture, the mix of modern meets traditional this place is a gem. Right outside was a square where multiple restaurants offer delicious food. This is a wonderful place to stay.
- Douglas (10/5): Chic flat at great location - Great central location. Patrizia, the host, was very attentive and made our arrival easy. The flat seems to have been recently renovated with a chic style. The a vibrant piazza around the corner with bars, coffee shops, heladerías, supermarket, etc

- Vuk (10/5): Great place with an accommodating host in a somewhat calm part of Venice. - The communication with the hosts was great - easy check-in with a keypad that opens the door and easy and fast communication throughout the stay. The place has everything you need for a short and also for a longer stay. The location is a small walk (7-ish minutes) from the closest "Vaporetto"-stations and 25-ish minutes to the St. Mark square - but the walk is cool and scenic/Venitian, so is that much? You'll be walking a lot in Venice and 25 mins is not a lot. It's only about 15 minutes on foot from the train/bus station so a pretty close walk after arrival. Close to a small square that has a nice atmosphere and a few OK restaurants. It has most of the amenities you want and 2 relatively new TVs if you're looking to relax at the end of the day. There's AC in both rooms, and heating in both rooms. There can be some noise as the flat is in a building between 2 streets, so people passing by the place can be heard - no real issue past 23/11PM though. The place is very close to the canal - and sometimes the canal can have it's .. exciting odour :D. So "airing out" the place can backfire. :D Noticed little of it during my stay, but it can still happen.
