• Liudmyla (10/5): - Квартира большая, есть все необходимое для приготовления еды, шикарный балкон с прекрасным видом, есть гардеробная. Залог высоковат для этой квартиры, жду возврат в течении недели, хотя можно было бы вернуть и пораньше.

• Katarzyna (7/5): The apartment was big and spacious, but I expected it to be better. - The location is great. If you only intend to visit the main attractions you don’t even need to use any public transport. But if you do choose to use it there is also a bus stop and tramp stop just 3 minutes away. And a metro station a little bit further. I like that they make you separate the trash so it can be recycled. The bed was big and comfortable. There were 2 big balconies to enjoy and a beautiful park nearby. The apartment was cold and we weren’t able to get the temperature higher. The only working radiator was in the bathroom. The previous visitor left his socks in the radiator in the bathroom and there where still there when we arrived so you can see that don’t put much effort into cleaning and you can see it all around the apartment. Beware of 350 euro deposit for any damages, considering the state of the apartment I don’t think it’s accurate. The couch was stained. There were damages on the walls and furniture. The check out instructions mentioned a dishwasher, but we didn’t manage to find any in the apartment, so we ended up washing the dishes by hand to avoid any penalties just in case. There wasn’t any big light in the bedroom so it was a little impractical.

• Vincenzo (7/5): Milano è una bellissima città. - L’appartamento è un amore, ben arredato e pulito, il nostro era al quinto piano con ascensore. Quando ho prenotato non ho visto che bisognava pagare 350,00€ di cauzione e onestamente non mi era mai successo di pagare una cauzione per due notti,che è stata comunque restituita dopo pochi giorni. La cosa che non ho gradito per niente è stata e-mail con la richiesta di andare a buttare la spazzatura prima di partire. Mai avuto una richiesta simile.

• Songen (2/5): - The shower door exploded, while I was taking shower, causing injuries all over my body that required hospital treatment. The host contacted an ambulance, but nothing came of it afterward. It was extremely dangerous, and I was relatively fortunate that no glass got into my eyes and I didn't sustain deep wounds. I strongly advise everyone to put safety first.

• Катерина (8/5): It's and old appartement that has been renovated - The location is quite controversial. It's nice that it's next to the park, but i didn't like that Chinatown was also just there. I got my deposit money returned. The washing machine for the clothes and the hair dryer are nice. The apartment is the perfect size for a couple. The 2 balconies were amazing, although old and a bit dirty. The problem with the location is that it's on a main road, so there is a lot of noise, which isn't totally blocked by the old doors of the apartment. And the chinatown. The bed wasn't very comfortable. Also, it was actually 2 mattresses, so there was always a hole in between. No dishwashing machine. The lift in the building is scary and small. I didn't like the online check-in, I was worried about it. Also, the money for the deposit is a lot. There weren't any additional blankets!!! The air conditioning was old and not so good woking.
• Aliya (9/5): We enjoyed our stay in the apartment as a family with a 3 year old child 👍 - Very nice and clean apartment as well as the building. Plenty space for clothes, good TV with ability to link Netflix account. Bathroom includes everything needed like shampoo, soaps, toilet papers. And also it nice that there was hairdryer and iron in the wardrobe. It would be nice to have some basic things in the kitchen like sponges, rags, salt.

• Francesco (8/5): Nice apartment in a great location - Great position, spacious and clean. The bedroom is very quiet. Only the essential was provided. It would have been nice to have an additional blanket (it gets cold during the night), a kitchen roll and maybe a coffee machine with some capsules.
