• Kuys (10/5): We had a lovely stay at via Frattina, thank you - Location was amazing, super close to Spanish steps. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious and had everything you could need. Nothing
• Gemnic (1/5): Horrible Experience – Locked Out, Ignored, and Had to Pay €180 Ourselves - This was one of the worst accommodation experiences we’ve ever had. The main door was stuck and we couldn’t open it at all – we were completely locked out. We immediately contacted the management for help, but they ignored our messages and never sent anyone to assist us. With no other option, we had to pay €180 out of our own pocket to call a locksmith just to get back inside. This was stressful, expensive, and absolutely unacceptable. The management showed zero responsibility, no communication, and no concern for our safety or well-being. I would strongly advise against staying here – if anything goes wrong, you’ll be completely on your own.

• Tyler (9/5): Can’t be the location; short walks to most sights - Great location by Spanish Steps and plenty of good restaurants. Bathroom space is tight but having three bathrooms (for 4 people) helps. Owners are very responsive.

• Rosanna (8/5): Very pleasant! - Location was excellent! The apartment was very spacious. It needs more light especially in the smaller room. Dusting and cleaning needs improvement as well.
• Jan (5/5): Passable - Locality The apartment itself matched the description, but the stay was significantly disrupted by daily construction noise in the building, which we were not informed about in advance. From early morning until the afternoon, it was impossible to work or rest in the apartment. Additionally, we repeatedly found ants in the bathroom, which was neither pleasant nor hygienic.

Very spacious with good sized bedrooms, kitchen and lounge, very clean and well presented, beds were super comfortable. Location in the lovely streets by the Spanish Steps was perfect. We loved our stay, thank you!

• Cecilia (10/5): Fabulous property in an amazing location. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. - Perfect location, well furnished and spacious. The property had everything we needed and was exactly as it represented on the website. The location was amazing. The lights in the kitchen - it was impossible to see anything because the globes were so dim. This would be very easy to fix. A coffee machine would have been a welcome addition.

• Amy (10/5): Fabulous, spacious, clean, amazing! - Fabulous spacious apartment perfect for our family of four. Fully air conditioned which was a must as Rome was super hot! The apartment had everything we needed including washing machine. Brilliant location just minutes from the Spanish steps. Easy self check-in with locked box at the door. Awesome! Nothing not to like

• Christopher (9/5): For a perfect stay in Rome the apartment is excellent but the building needs work - The apartment is newly renovated and in good taste with excellent kitchen and shower rooms. The location is excellent for everything central you would want to visit. There are always taxis available within a couple of minutes. It is on the third floor (4th in US/Canada) so the small elevator is useful, and in our case as an older couple, essential. The building needs work. Early in our stay there was a power failure for 18 hours, no heat, no hot water, and no elevator, caused by a break in city supply into the building, technicians jerry-rigged a temporary repair which lasted our stay. The stairwell was never cleaned and is very dirty. Garbage management is non existent . The adjacent stores use the entrance corridor to store and unpack boxes which often had to be moved to get by . All these building issues have to be addressed to transform the experience into a perfect place to stay. I am European, I’ve lived for many years in European cities so this is not a Canadian dumping on poor facilities maintenance, but I strongly advise the building owner to fix these issues as the apartment is one of the nicest I’ve rented in Europe.

• Ayhan (9/5): Great location proximity to shopping and key sites in Rome. - Location is perfect. Elevator helps for luggage. Very modern interior. Strict check out times is 10 am. Not ideal when you have nowhere to leave your luggage.

• Julian (10/5): Excellent location. In the heart of it! 5 star! - Excellent location! Couldn’t have wished for a better location. Beautiful decor in the living room. Very clean. Good value for money. Peaceful. Nice bottle of wine was left but didn’t have time to drink it. Highly recommend! Second room could do with softer furnishing and lighting. Felt like we got the short straw. Master bedroom was nice though.
