• Natalia (1/5): Lack of respect - Location Unfortunately, I had a very frustrating experience during my stay. From the first day, there were problems with the electronic key used to access the apartment. When I arrived, the key they gave me did not work. I had to go back to the reception to request another one, which also did not work. A staff member had to manually open the door for me and they reprogrammed the key. Later it worked, but the same problem happened again the following day. On the second night, I entered the apartment normally around 7:00 PM. However, when I left and returned around 10:30 PM, the key once again did not work. Since the reception is only open from 10 AM to 7 PM, I contacted support via WhatsApp. They told me someone would come to the building to help me access the apartment. I was able to enter the building lobby through facial recognition and waited there. I waited from around 10:30 PM until midnight. During this time, I sent multiple messages and was repeatedly told that someone was “on the way,” but no one ever arrived. I was alone with only my phone and had no access to the apartment or any of my personal belongings. Since there was no solution, I had to find another hotel to stay in for the night. The next morning, support contacted me asking if I had been able to enter the apartment — which obviously I had not. They asked me to send the receipt from the hotel where I stayed so they could reimburse me. I only regained access to the apartment around 10:00 AM the following morning. In addition to the inconvenience and lack of support in an urgent situation, this also affected me professionally. I had a course scheduled at 8:00 AM and missed the first hours because I could not access the apartment to get my belongings. I would not recommend Tabas to anyone. This was extremely disrespectful and it put me in a dangerous situation.

Fora isso, não tinha nenhuma instrução de como fazer o check-in no local, uma vez que não tinha nenhum funcionário no local e o número disponibilizado para atendimento não funciona fora do horário comercial. Péssima experiência. Sorte que no momento outro morador chegou para eu poder entrar junto e ao procurar no balcão achei na intuição o cartão do meu apto, que estava junto com os demais, separados por número.

Faltou itens indispensáveis: COADOR de café, TÉRMICA e chaleira/caneca p/ água ou CAFETEIRA. Fiquei decepcionada com isso, tive que comprar térmica e coador para 4 noites e esquentar água na panela e colocar com a xícara.

• Ryan (3/5): lleva tu shampoo, jabon y las ganas de hacer el aseo todos los dias de tu habitacion - No tiene desayuno, es un departamento No tenia jabon, shampoo y supuestamente si deberia tener por lo que decia en la reserva, lo pedi me dijeron que no tenia incluido eso, hasta que vi en otro que si tenian, lo volvi a exigir y solo despues de eso me entregaron shampoo y jabon pero 24 horas mas tarde. no tiene servicio de mucama, por ende no sirve como opcion de alojamiento para trabajo y por ese precio me hubiese ido a un hotel.no se los recomiendo
• Julio (10/5): Good value for money - Location. Clean and tidy. Good Gym equipment. Staff very very friendly, helpful and proactive. I had a problem with the card key and the morning receptionist was absolutely helpful. He solved the problem on the spot. Very proactive.
• Thatiana (10/5): Excellent staff who made our stay special! - Staff is the main reason I loved to stay there! Everyone from reception, big shout out to Tamires and Marcelo who were absolutely lovely all the time and extremely helpful anytime we needed anything! Security guards also excellent and made our stay incredibly safe. I would definitely stay again in the flats due to the amazing staff and hope to see you all again soon! Flat could be a little but cleaner when we arrived, but still very happy with everything!
