• Vincent (8/5): Comfortabel appartement met een kanttekening. - Ligging van de locatie grenzend aan het Sempione park en de Chinese wijk met gezellige cafes en Italiaanse en Aziatische restaurantjes. Houd er rekening mee dat je na de bevestiging van je booking een borg moet storten van 350 euro. Alles gaat digitaal. Er is geen personeel. Als je deze laat komen rekenen ze 30 euro per keer. Paspoort en selfies moet je uploaden om de toegangscodes en sleutel te krijgen. Voelt niet echt fijn ivm mogelijke misbruik. Bij vertrek moet je de sleutels op tafel leggen. De deur blijft dus open! Na overleg heb ik de sleutels in het sleutelkastje mogen doen. Borg is na 3 dagen teruggestort.

Galėtų būti arbatos pakelių. Imamas nemažas tvarkymo mokesti, turėtų būti idealiau sutvarkyta. Pagal pateiktas instrukcijas turėjau išnešti šiukšles. Duše trūksta lentynėlės pasidėti muilui.

• Polis (2/5): Απογοητευτικό - Ήταν σε ωραία τοποθεσία και ησυχη γειτονια Παλιό δωματιο το οποίο δεν ήταν καλά καθαρισμένο . Είχα συνεννοηθεί με τον οικοδεσπότη να περασω νωρίτερα στο δωμάτιο απλά για να αφησω τα πράγματα και μου είπε ότι είναι οκευ . Όταν έφτασα εκεί ήταν δυο καθαρίστριες οι οποίες δεν γνώριζαν αγγλικά και η μια άρχισε να φωνάζει και να μιλαει στα ιταλικά όποτε δεν μπορούσαμε να συνενοηθουμε και να καταλάβουμε τι μας λέει . Απλά μας άνοιξε μετά από 10 λεπτά προσπάθειας να μας κάνει να καταλάβουμε ιταλικά αφήσαμε τα πράγματα και φύγαμε από το κατάλυμα περιμένοντας να πάει 3 για να επιστρέψουμε. Ο οικοδεσπότης αργότερα έστειλε ένα μυνημα στο οποίο ελεγε με άσχημο τρόπο ότι μας είπε πως μπορούμε να αφήσουμε τα πράγματα μας αλλά όχι να ενοχλήσουμε τις καθαρίστριες . Πράγμα που δεν συνέβη ποτέ καθώς εμείς απλά προσπαθούσαμε να συνενοηθουμε . Όταν μπήκαμε στο κατάλυμα μπήκα να κανω μπάνιο και κλειδώθηκα καθώς η πόρτα ήταν παλιά και είχε φρακάρει όποτε για 10 λεπτά προσπαθούσαμε δυο άτομα να την ανοίξουμε . Το χειρότερο από όλα όμως είναι ότι το βράδυ γυρνώντας στο κατάλυμα η κεντρική πόρτα είχε κλείσει και δεν μας είχαν αφήσει κλειδιά για να την ανοίξουμε . Εστειλα μυνημα στην σελίδα και δεν μου απάντησε κανείς. Πήρα τηλεφωνο και προσπαθούσα να συνεννοηθώ με μια γυναίκα η οποία για μιάμιση ώρα μου έλεγε τυχαίους κωδικούς για να μπορέσω να ανοίξω την είσοδο . Στο τέλος αφού κατάλαβαν ότι δεν μπορούμε να ανοίξουμε με κωδικούς και περίμενα κάτω κοντά στις δυο ώρες ενώ έξω εβρεχε και την επόμενη μέρα έπρεπε να ξυπνησω πρωί ήρθε ένας άνθρωπος και μου έφερε το κλειδί που είχαν ξεχάσει να μου βάλουν . Αυτό θα μπορουσε να είχε γίνει από την αρχή απλά προσπαθούσαν να αποφύγουν το να ξεβολευτούν εκείνη την στιγμη και προτίμησαν να μας αφήσουν κάτω δυο ώρες να περιμένουμε. Γενικότερα δεν προτείνω το κατάλυμα θεωρώ ότι δεν αξιζει τα λεφτά του και υπάρχουν πολύ καλύτερες επιλογές στην πόλη

• Filip (1/5): All in all, the experience was disappointing, and the issues with the deposit and taxes seriously damaged my trust in th - Nothing, the apartment was average—neither particularly clean nor bad, but definitely nothing I would recommend as an exceptional place to stay. The location was also below expectations. The biggest issue I had was with the deposit policy and the city tax charges. The deposit was 350 euros, which was more than the cost of the stay itself. What concerns me the most is that I still haven't received the deposit back, and I'm starting to doubt the seriousness of this accommodation. Additionally, I was charged the city tax twice, which I find absolutely unacceptable. Communication with the staff was frustrating. I didn't get clear answers regarding the return of the deposit, and there was a lot of confusion about the tax charges.
• Carole-anne (10/5): Exceptional - Great accommodation and location, close to the Sempione Park and Metro station. Quiet neighboorhood although not far from the very center. Safe place and environment. No reproach, just keep in mind that no salt and sugar is present in the accommodation. Apart from this the lot next and apartment is very well furnished !

• Abril (1/5): The only thing this place has it’s it location. - Hello, 290850 I would like to officially file a complaint. My last stay at Contempora Appartments in Milan was below expectations and pricing. I have always booked stays via booking for its simplicity and hassle free approach. Once you book it’s booked. However, to my surprise once I confirmed the booking I receive an e-mail asking for details of all guests, that parking would be at an additional cost and that the booking required a 350€ down payment. Which is absurd given that it is even more than the total of our stay. I then get pressured to fill in an endless online check-in which was more complicated than applying to stay at the White House. I have never been asked for such a significant amount for down payment during any of my previous stays. Not only that but quite frankly for 350€ you would assume that the apartments would be top notch and very clean. Well no. (Attached pictures of the state of the flat when we checked in) No soundproof and you could hear the very rude cleaning ladies in the morning singing and having private conversations on their phones on speaker ! This is not okay.
• Paulina (5/5): Not recommended!!!! Be careful! 350€ deposit obligatory or you will NOT receive the check-in details and you will sleep - DEPOSIT! 350€ deposit for crappy place! Never met this before! Also, It’s very far from the station and far from the center. Too expensive for this kind of comfort. Very difficult contact with the owner! I have waited almost till the evening to receive the check-in information.

• Francisco (8/5): Very good - I liked thé location , the appartement itself, thé easy way to get the Keys IT was very clear. Everything is close to the appartement. The 350€ deposit is to much. I called before arriving and someone told me It Will be refound the day After the Check Out but in the email they tell me that It Will be in 7 working days. IT make me feel unsafe.

There is a bus stop in front of the building and a 2 minutes distance tram. Very very close to castello sforzesca and a big parc of Milan. Thanks
• Anonymous (1/5): THE WORST STAY IN MY LIFE❌❌❌ - Cheep First the management will ask you to pay 300€ deposit that they will not return!!! When I arrived in the apartment, I was after very long flight from NYC to Milan and very tired, and decided to take a nap, but one of the apartment owners decided to come in person to wake me up to give me WiFi password! What? Why to come in perso and not text me?! ❌And here is the worst part: Closer to the night apartment started becoming sooo cold and it was no heating and only 1 small blanket. (Owner ignored all my messages and calls) I couldn’t sleep all night and finally that I fall asleep closer to the morning, at 9 am it was a HUGE NOICE of CONSTRUCTION.❗️❗️❗️ The noice didn’t stop at all. I had to leave apartment to go somewhere (with strong rain outside) hoping that when I come back it will be less noice and I could get some sleep. But no, it’s big big big noice from the construction in apartment on the same floor that didn’t stop all day. (Owner finally replied, but said that it’s normal and they can’t do anything about it) I was texting mangeant all the time, but before they actually replied, they took forever to respond. I was calling booking.com, but they didn’t reply to booking.com too. ⛔️My original stay had to be 4 nights, I only stayed 1 night and had to book a hotel that was much more expensive. Apartment management refused to give me any refund for the nights I didn’t stay or my deposit back to me. Please hear me out. Pay a bit more, but have a good stay without ruined vacation. Very very very bad!!!!!!!

• Charis_rocha (9/5): Superb - The apartment is perfect, very comfortable, great size and clean. The location is excellent, you can reach all tourist attractions by walking and it is 5 minutes walking to a subway station. The communication with the host was a little flawed, we had a bit a trouble when we arrived, but within one hour everything was sorted out and the host was very helpful and kind.

• Jasmine (7/5): Great stay - Perfect Location & Neighbourhood, close to public transport and lots of great food places around! great room with all of the facilities needed for when you’re away from home! Comfortable bed and very spacious apartment. The deposit was too high. The customer service received was not the best with regards to time & actually responding. I booked this apartment as I was travelling around Europe for 7 weeks and needed the washing machine, upon arrival & using the machine, there were dirty women’s underwear with a used menstrual pad in the washing machine so it hadn’t been checked or cleaned properly - was a bit let down by this as there’s no one there to get it out.
