• Maria (9/5): We absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay, super close to the underground station and other amenities - Everything was extremely clean and in an incredibly good condition. The instructions manual was very clear and we felt like at home very quickly. Clearly, the landlord had thought about everything, as the furniture and other utensils (including basic cleaning products were all there. Really good experience! We loved our stay and would definitely come back whenever we can! Instead of having 1 apartment with 3 bedrooms, we had 2 different apartments, but on the same floor. This was a minor inconvenience, which was easily solved as we had the entire floor to ourselves and we left the doors of each appartment open (for which the landlord had already foreseen and had placed a couple of very convenient door stoppers! :-) Thank you!

• Huynh (10/5): - The property itself is absolutely amazing it has everything you need for a long stay, the laundry machine is absolutely clutch and the heaters and humidifier were also great ammenities we took advantage of. If you guys wanted to stay here it’s a great place location wise with everything being a few minutes walk and with the station being close as well is great. I wish their were blinds for the doors but if wasn’t so bad because I had an eye mask but it also kinda helped because we had early mornings to get up but I feel like if we did want to sleep in blinds would be a great addition.

• 曉穎 (8/5): 住宿空間房間、環境很好，但無人打掃、退房時間早，位置較偏是最不方便的 - 整體非常乾淨很舒服很新且明亮溫馨感，有回到家的感覺，一回民宿就聞到淡淡的檀香味，讓人放鬆 洗衣設備、床、木質感的裝潢，整體都另人很舒適 但沒有任何清潔打掃，及毛巾的更換、垃圾的清除、床單的換洗，是令人最失望最難受的，因為5天4夜不想更換住宿搬運行李，所以選擇同一住所，但當初訂房沒清楚了解無任何服務管理人員，是最大的疏失6人住同一層，但衛浴設備2間，也是令人不方便 以及退房時間早上10:00也是非常不合理的，雖可往後延遲，但必須收取額外費用

• Aaron (10/5): Loved this place - I'd live here!!! - We really enjoyed our stay at Shiraka Banoyado Naniwa (12/25 - 30/2025) - five stars!! The apartments were immaculate (clean) and modern, while preserving a traditional Japanese vibe - they were so nice I'd consider living here.  901 was cozy, and 902 was quite spacious; the water pressure is AMAZING!  The dining room is small, but has everything you need if you want to make food during your stay; it even has a mini fridge too.  It was quite clean, the heaters worked well.  The staff was proactively communicative throughout our stay, and quickly answered all our questions via Booking.com.  We'd gladly stay here again on our next visit to Osaka! The mattresses in the two single beds in 901 were quite thin relative to what we are used to in the US. It was okay, but definitely requires getting used to - a bit like camping

• David (10/5): We loved our stay. Would recommend to anyone. - The hotel is perfect for up to 6 people. For us, we could have the children in one half and ourselves in the other half, giving us a level of privacy. Train station was only 600 metres away, convenience store across the road, and we walked 20 minutes to Dotonbori Street. Rooms were clean, tidy, with all the amenities we needed.

Wij kregen slechts 1 handdoek per persoon voor de hele week. Dat is echt te weinig. Er is weliswaar een wasmachine, maar deze deed er te lang over om je handdoek weer meteen te kunnen gebruiken. Dus een spare set zou handig zijn. Ook in de keuken was geen handdoek of doekje aanwezig. Er is een metrostation vlakbij, maar hier stoppen alleen lokale treinen, dus duurt iets langer voordat je overal bent.

• Samara (8/5): Overall, we were very statisfied. - Very spacious, we booked the 2 apartments on the top floor for a family of 6. It was clean and contained all the amenities shown. Self check in was seamless and very easy. It is also close to a 7/11 and grocery store if you need basics/plan to eat in. While the location is very accessible by subway/train, it is about a 25-30 minute walk from the central area with shops, restaurants, etc. Not a big deal but to be considered. It also requires a subway/train ride to the central train station if you are arriving by Shinkansen or other train from outside Osaka.

It had almost everything you’d need in an apartment, which really made it feel like a home away from home. Convenience stores were nearby, and the metro station was just a short walk away. The price wasn’t exactly cheap, but not overly expensive either—it was worth every penny. I’d definitely stay here again if I come back to Osaka! N/A

I have kids I can’t let them stay in separate apartment! I talk to them with no solution.. I paid for TWO apartments and I stay in one .. and I didn’t even open the another one!
• Leonie (9/5): Beautiful and restful apartment, great for families and groups. - Beautiful and spacious, property managers are very responsive and helpful even though property managed remote/ not staffed. Quiet area but great wine bar/ shop Panenca Vinoteca to visit for a quiet wine with lovely patrons or quality bottle to take away. The location is accessible to groceries and train line but pretty quiet re eating strips or shops.

• Sara (10/5): unique, super clean and modern and convenient location in Osaka! - Close to trains and conveience stores, plus a shrine, can walk to Dotonbori easily. Having the 3rd bedroom being essenailly a separate apartment was great for privacy and having 2 full bathrooms, but there isn't a comfy place to hang out (even sit, except on bed) in the small unit. BUT, they may not be an issue, otherwise everything was fantastic.

• Arihantparakh (8/5): Very good - Clear instructions to enter the apartment were sent on the email. Although the entire process is cumbersome, it definitely ensured higher security & safety. ZERO HUMAN touch is a slight disappoitment.
• Kinshu (10/5): Clean and well-furnished. Good blend of western amenities with Japanese living! - Exceptionally clean and well-furnished. Highly responsive and professional staff (on messages). Smooth checkin and checkout process. Spacious, and having a functional kitchen was appreciated by my parents who have dietary restrictions and can’t eat outside much. The JR station is closeby, and a big MaxValu supermart as well. Just a little far from tourist spots such as Shin-Osaka, Universal Studios and no direct subway to Namba (which is closeby by distance, but no direct train access). But if you don’t mind travelling a bit, or taking taxi after a long day, it should be okay.

• Simone (8/5): Great option for Osaka - The location just 3 minutes from the nearest train was great, it's also just a 5 minute walk to the local Life supermarket. When I booked 3 rooms, 1 apartment, I didn't realise it's 2 residences with separate entrances. One has a queen bed, another with a queen and 2 singles. If all your children were young it would make it difficult to decide who was sleeping where.

Washing machine, oven, stove are easy to use with all the instructions prepared and easy to find. Location wise is near to a railway station making commuting easy. Something minor. The power points are placed at the foot of the beds, meaning charging of phones and electronics are all placed on the floor. Can consider adding a point at the bedside.

Definitely recommended! - the property is quite unique, we were given access to the whole floor; there are 2 entrance: 1 to the bigger apartment unit with 2 bedrooms and 1 to a smaller studio with 1 bedroom. all amenities such as towels, body soap, shampoo etc are all available. easy access to the train station, i think its around 5 mins walk, there is conveniece store nearby too. this is great when we need to get sth for supper. staff were also very helpful, self check in instructions was clear, so everything was so smooth! we hope to come back again when we visit Osaka.
