• Kevin (9/5): Très bon rapport qualité prix je recommande - - la localisation - le double vitrage qui permet de pas entendre les véhicules qui passent dans la rue - le balcon - les cafés offerts - salle de bain à refaire - dommage que le parking soit payant en plus
• Virginia (5/5): Nos decepcionó - Nos decepcionó bastante, hacia mucho frío, las ventanas no aislaban bien y no hay calefacción como indicaba, es central y según que fechas no puedes disponer de ella, además el baño presentaba unas humedades terribles y nada higiénicas. Los enchufes super antiguos y no valen para todos los dispositivos...las imágenes están bastante idealizadas...
• S (8/5): - Świetna lokalizacja dla osób zwiedzających Mediolan. Większość zabytków w zasięgu spaceru. W pobliżu mieszkania znajdują się węzły komunikacyjne. Metro w odległości 5 minut spacerem. Wiele ciekawych restauracji w zasięgu spaceru, dwa dobrze wyposażone markety w pobliżu. Brak klimatyzacji - natomiast było to zaznaczone w ogłoszeniu. Łazienka wymaga odświeżenia. Oprócz tego nie było innych problemów.

• Alex (1/5): - very good location They apartament is quite old with old furniture that is about to break apart (bathroom window, kitchen, window shades). They charge you in advance 350 euros (make sure you read the policy before booking) and you can easily break something by mistake and lose the deposit.
• Oens (9/5): Excelente estancia en Milán - Muy bien ubicado, mejor de lo que parece, al lado del castillo sforzesco. Un poco difícil de llegar en una primera vez pero un taxi es relativamente barato y una buena opción desde Milán Central. Todo muy bien en el apartamento. Al principio se nos complicó el ingreso pero fue más nuestra culpa. El alojamiento es cómodo, de hecho uniera quedado un par de noches más pero no había disponibilidad.
• Luigi (1/5): Bad - Position was good for what we had to do in Milan We booked this flat specifically because it had air conditioning, and we were travelling with our 2-month-old baby during a 30°C+ heatwave. At the last minute, they switched our flat due to “flooding”. The new one had no working A/C — and after hours of false promises and delays, an engineer confirmed the system had been broken for a week already. They knew this and still gave it to us. A noisy portable unit was brought for one room only. No crib was provided despite our request. We were later moved to a second flat, but the A/C there also didn’t work at all. After another visit from the engineer, this was confirmed too. We moved flats twice, in the heat, with a baby. It was exhausting and miserable. They offered a pathetic €35 as compensation for a €404 stay. The whole thing was poorly managed and incredibly stressful. Would never book these flats again.

• Chuluunkhuu (5/5): Expensive apartment was not worth it. - The bed wasn't a double bed. It was 2 single beds and they put them together to look like a double bed. I tried to wash something in the washing machine. But there were some dirty towels and it was really dirty. I rather not wash my stuff. Wifi was really weak which wasn't working in the bedroom. So if I need to use it, I always need to stay in the kitchen. Even if they don't serve breakfast, they need to put some essential tiny ingredients to cook breakfast. For instance, sunflower oil, salt, and coffee.

• Jacques (6/5): Dissapointed - The apartment was clean, it did smell of bleach when we first arrived. But after a day the smell cleared up. Furthermore location was close to public transport. Milan was about 38 degrees and above during our stay meaning our room was about 25-28 degrees at night. We turned on the aircon as any sane person would do. However we were rudely awakened about an hour later to a room which was again between 25-28, as the aircon had turned off. Turns out the host had out an hour timer on it meaning that through the nights we would have to get up multiple times to turn it back on. It goes without saying that nights were unpleasant and made up of very little sleep. Furthermore the instructions for the Wifi said to simply connect by typing in a password. However, upon doing so we had no connection. Turns out you have to wait with the phone unlocked sometimes for quite some time before a website opens where you have to accept terms and conditions . We found this out by ourselves as when contacting the host we received no response. In fact we only received an answer after we had left.

• Lindsey (10/5): Great location for Milan - Location great, facing a great park with a lake. Plenty of restaurants to hand and China town only 5 minute walk away. Cathedral and museum less than 20 minute walk away. The apartment has everything you need , a beautiful balcony , lots of storage if you are staying for a longer period. Access to the apartment is safe and secure. The bathroom could do with updating. The shower and bath are a little dated.
