- Imdad (1/5): Bad - The owner was rude, overhasty, ill mannered, discourteous and impolite. Only want money to credit in his account. There was no one welcoming and giving access to the Appartment. Starts shouting when I requested access to Appartment and demanding his money. Go to hotels where professionals are employed rather than to private property.

- Fathima (9/5): We enjoyed staying here and we re-booked it again on our way back from Madinah for 2 more days. The owner is very helpfu - The property was very comfortable and easy access. Convenient location and everything (supermarket, restaurant) were close by. I wished there were a few more kitchen utensils as the kitchen was well equipped.

- Mahmoud (4/5): Disappointing - Good location with a lot of shops and restaurants close by. - The property did not meet cleanliness expectations. - The elevator was out of service. - They only accepted Al Rajhi bank transfer or cash, and did not accept credit cards for payment.
- Kinana (9/5): Very good stay. - There was a bad smell in the bathroom , I believe the ventilation of the bathroom is poor. The entrance of the building needs to be clean out of some plumbing materials.
