• Sarah (6/5): Very convenient location. - Super convenient location. Walkable to JB central, City Square mall and eateries. Apartment had good air-conditioning. Has good food nearby Apartment was not very clean especially under the sofa, toilet, balcony. Bed was uncomfortable. Toilet needed a holder for toiletries and mattress and sofa has to be changed.

If anyone working in Singapore and needs a stay near custom jb sentral..or for whatever reasons like for locals or tourists.. Shama is a good place to stay. Everything is nearby. For my room (i don't know about other rooms), i didn't like the toilet bathroom. Everyday i used wipe, clean and remove all clogged water 💦. I did change room for 2 nights because we booked for less days and we loved Shama, but other flat at 15th floor had AirCon problem. So we shifted to our old room again at 16th floor. Except for bathroom water clogging problem everything they offer is superb.. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Next time..i would really 💕 love 💕 to come to shama residency only for my stort or bigger stays.

Will definitely recommend friends and come and stay again in our next visit. Could do with more cutlery only 1 knife for dinner. Also more pots and other crockery , some chopsticks.

• Adrian (10/5): 4 days of great stay - We stayed there for 3 nights and found it a lovely place. The facilities are great. They have the most important thing in the house, the washing machine and the drying machine! Very close to the city centre. What I like is the room cleaner ladies, even though they happened to be there to clean the room after the previous guests checked out. They were kind enough to get us several packets of coffee powder. The owner also helped us to change room as the 1st room was not serviced by the time we checked in. So, if I ever come back to Johor, I will definitely come to the same place. Highly recommended.

• Azmi (1/5): The rental amount is not up to the standard and services being provided - Spacious Worst is there is no allocated parking lot for the tenant. With such rental amount, it should provide one as to avoid the hassle of looking for a vacant parking lot (which is a shared general parking lot with outsiders) and high parking fees for 1 day. Another worst part is those details in the apartment such as the toilet (showering in a a pool of showered water where drainage is poor), the decoration and the things provided are not up to what you paid. The mailbox to get the entrance card is all silver in color including the number. With poor lightning in the mailbox room, for you to dial the correct password number is such a challenge! It took me like 5 minutes to get and return the card back into the mailbox. Other than that, the balcony view is facing another building, can't see much besides people swimming in the swimming pool below. And yes another thing, the odor when you enter the apartment! The smell of room being washed not in a proper way and left without drying it well. That smell.

It reeks of sewer smells due to drain issue that the host knows about. - Property runs like a scam and has not refunded me my money despite agreement for it. Along with extremely dirty toilet filled with white stains and deteriorating wooden furnishing all round the unit, I promptly checked out the very second I got it. Complained to host and he agreed to refund but I have never gotten my money back.

Bathroom smells and water is trapped on the floor. Bedroom's smell not too pleasant maybe due to the water clogging in the bathroom

There was no refund and no response from host when there is no damage even after request for it. There was no damage incurred. Instead, issue was straight away reported to host when found (tap will tend to leak). Strongly not encourage to book it unless you are desperate.

Check in procedure also very convenience.. AC at hall and room are super excellent.. Honestly sofa bed, mattress and pillow need to be replace, its already in bad shape. Sofa bed also already broken and require repair or replacement.. Poor workmanship from contractor, water accumulate in toilet floor and do not dried out..

• Hamidah (8/5): My stay at Sharma Suasana Suites. - Location is convenience. Near to CIQ. The musky smell whenever we went back to the apartment. Smell like old furniture. And also the blanket, mattress and pillow, it's time to change.

There were no pillow covers, and they were stained. Not enough tissues were provided. The kettle was dirty, and there was no Netflix access. The place felt slightly haunted.

• Jocelyn (4/5): Amenities can be improved but good location - Just opposite the apartment was a 24/7 eating place. Very convenient to have supper at night. It is a short walk to City Square Mall. Hot water was extremely hot. There was a musty smell in the living room. The pillow case also had the musty smell. The toilet had ponding issue so when the shower was turned off, it takes a long time when the water to drain.

Last min requested for deposit ard 11.30am when we about to checkin at 3pm. also ask us to transfer deposit to m'sia account direct, which we do not have that country's currency bank account! deposit was not stated on booking.com app either. will incur alot of exchange rate charges if transfer to bank account. arrangement of deposit returns also not stated. in the end cash accepted and had to liaise/call/ask and must wait awhile to get cash deposit back after checkout. without deposit, cannot get keys to apartment. before holiday start, already frustrated with these logistics and created panic in case no accommodation. Pls beware!

• Simon (5/5): Passable - The ease of collecting the keys from Letterbox. Host is clear in giving out the instructions. There are simply too much funiture in the unit. Multi-tier Bookcase is not needed as well as a cupboard in the living room! Talking about unwanted funiture, there is no need for a queen sized and Bunk bed in the living room. Since this unit only accomodate 2 adults, ther extra beds can be removed. Simon

If you want to avoid traffic going to the immigration… then it is a good idea to - -The place is with a centralized aircon. -There are a lot of beds so it’s quite ideal for a big size group (the bunk beds are a bit awkward though, but it doesnt really matter). -Location is superb… very convenient..so near to the immigration, you just have to walk and it is also beside 2 malls. -There is a Hai Di Lao and 7/11 nearby. -checkout time is not early (unfortunately, we need to leave early because of work) -There is fast internet and netflix (but was not able to enjoy it much, too tired to watch) -The water heater is not hot enough (we did not really need it though since the weather is too hot so it is still okay) -cleanliness is not so bad however microwave was dusty inside (maybe was not use for so long) -the hair dryer’s plug is not compatible with the power plugs, you need adapter, so i was not able to dry my hair. -Claiming and returning the card and the room key is not so convenient (if you are in a hurry) as you need to call the owner and will ask someone to meet up with you.

• Yeow (6/5): Lack of response, not so clean - Location Lack of response from the owner / agent on the check in instructions. The property smells cockroaches and mothballs at the same time. The toilet also smells bad. The property is quite dusty as well. The only space that feels more comfortable is the bedroom. Didn't realized that the property is stuffed with another 2 more bunk beds in the living room area.

• Anonymous (1/5): Terrible! The worst day ever!!!!!! - Location. Period. Many-themoment u stepped in u knew it was a wrong choice!! Advertised as 2 bedroom apt. But it was 1 bedroom with 2 beds😣. We were so duped! Baby roaches running around. No space for hanging Clothes. Stupid hardwned sofa. Did not gv clear instructions on the ac setting. Lock on the letter box was out! Parking card was missing! Tiring!
