• Melanie (9/5): - Great location - delicious restaurants close by as well as a tram stop just around the corner for a quick trip to central Zürich/Old town. Despite how central it is, it’s still very quiet. Nice and warm too while visiting during a cold spell. Was very easy to ask questions and make arrangements for parking.

The host was always available and so lovely. The kitchen had everything you need. The tram stop is a one minute walk away and supermarkets, cafe’s and restaurants also. It was great. Probably would be great to have a full length mirror. Just a suggestion 😊

• Alexandra Flaminia (10/5): Parfait ! - C'est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons dans les appartements Hilda et tout y est parfait ! Très bien situé, équipé avec tout ce qu'il faut, nous y retournerons une troisième fois, c'est certain :) Le seul défaut l'année dernière était une petit TV dans le salon, mais cette fois ci il y avait une grande smart TV avec toutes les applications de streaming donc c'était parfait. Merci beaucoup ! Aussi, l'hôte est toujours très efficace et réponds tout de suite s'il y a quoi que ce soit.

• Aysun (9/5): - Odada hersey vardı. Tam bir ev gibi. Hersey düşünülmüştü. Temiz, güzel bir konumda. Merkeze yürüyerek gidebilirsiniz. Evin tam önünde durak var. Toplu taşımayı da kullanabilirsiniz. Eve gitis çok kolaydı. Ev sahibi her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Evde bir boy aynası olmasını isterdik. Wifi yatak odalarında çekmiyordu.

The communication between the host and m - The property was very close to many good restaurants and the metro line. The WiFi was not working properly throughout the property. The pillows were awful and difficult to sleep with.

Also after they left we thought they had finished, but 2 times after that they came back bringing something that they forget. Also the door in bathroom was broken and didn’t close.

• Stefanie (9/5): Eine schöne Wohnung mit perfekter Zimmeraufteilung. - - Die Lage in einem netten und belebten Stadtviertel, trotzdem ist es ruhig. - Sehr gute Anbindung mit der Tram an die Innenstadt! - Es gibt mehrere Supermärkte um die Ecke. - Die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist perfekt für eine Familie. - Zur Wohnung gehören 2 Balkone und bei heißem Wetter lässt sich gut Querlüften. - Unkomplizierter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. - Im Wohnzimmer fehlt ein kleines indirektes Licht. - Die Matratzen in den Einzelbetten sind etwas kürzer als normal.

• ANNE (7/5): - The TV the access to the tram, cleanliness and quietness- were all excellent. Key box is very tricky. It took us 4 attempts. 3 seconds is not enough time to open it. There is not enough crockery or cutlery. 4 of each item is not enough. Nobody wants to be washing dishes a few times every day. No pasta bowls. There are no instructions for the oven and it was difficult to operation. Not enough cooking utensils for example cooking spoons, serving spoons and spatulas. The sofa and chair in the living room is too small for four adults to sit on. Another arm chair is needed. Some balcony furniture would be nice at the front.

• Ramir (10/5): Exceptional - A huge apartment with complete amenities. You can cook which is a big advantage when staying in switzerland. It’s near the tram station and nearby COOP grocery store. There’s no lift (not that I’m aware of) but it’s fine if you don’t have heavy luggage.

• Dušan (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed in the apartment with our children. In the apartment we found everything that made our stay comfortable. Moreover it is located near tram station so you can easily get to the city centre in 10 minutes. Also there is Coop supermarket near the apartment.
• Azmi (8/5): Very good - 1. The main door is hard to unlock. The first time I'm trying to open it, I couldn't and had to wait for another tenant to open it for me. The apartment door is fine 2. With the same key can be used for both main building entrance (main door) and the apartment, it left me guessing whether other tenants that have the same key to the main door can open my apartment door too. Since we all use the same main door key, right?

• Philipp (1/5): A very bad experience with an escalation involving lawyers - - In the beginning very friendly and helpful staff. We were able to get the keys and overall, the check-in was quite fast. - During our stay, staff personnel was very helpful - Strange that the city tax is not included in the first place and has to be paid separately. - Kitchen equipment is ok, but a toaster might have been nice. We stayed 9 nights and only 1 dishwasher detergent tab was offered. - 7.30 AM, and construction noise outside. - Being in Switzerland, one would think that the internet connection should be very fast. We reported the issue instantly. On the first place, the issue was checked and reported to be functioning. After the second time, the staff personnel realized that there was an issue (which to date of our check-out was still not working properly). Long story - short: We were offered 2 complementary nights as a profesional courtesy for future stays valid 1 year (and we shall provide a good review), 2 days after our departure, we received a letter accusing us to be con artists (accusing us of extortion and fraud) and that our case is being handed over to the judge if we do not pay the city tax and the 15 CHF for using the washing room (a charge which was offered to be taken over in the first place, given all the troubles we were facing). We were given a very short time frame to react and I am honestly surprised by this reaction. We are talking about not even CHF 80 in total, leading to such a harsh reaction, sounds very extreme and accusing us to be a fraudster is outrageous.

• Burhanuddin (9/5): Superb - The apartment is really nice and well equipped. It was perfectly clean. Public transport and necessary shops are nearby. Most importantly the host Antonio and his team are super friendly and helpful. I’ll highly recommend.
• Ne (10/5): Excellent value for money stay for a family in central Zürich - Uncomplicated, super friendly staff. Personal key handover. Spacious, bright rooms and comfy beds.
