• Enig (9/5): - Die Unterkunft wurde von unseren Mitarbeitern als sehr gemütlich, sauber und schön bewertet. Sie haben sehr gerne dort übernachtet. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön eingerichtet und gemütlich und die Küche war gut ausgestattet Parkmöglichkeiten waren sehr schwierig und der morgendliche Stadtverkehr hat natürlich viel Zeit mit dem Auto gekostet, aber dazu kann die Unterkunft nichts.

• Asaf (10/5): A spacious, spotless, and perfectly located apartment that made our stay in Berlin easy, comfortable - The apartment was excellent. A perfect fit for four adults, each needing a private room. Every room was spacious and comfortable. It could easily suit four couples as well, and there is even a kids’ room with bunk beds. The place was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the location was fantastic. It is set in a quiet neighborhood with great supermarkets, bars, and food options, and only a 10-minute tram ride from Alexanderplatz, with stops right outside the door.

• Björn Harms (10/5): Perfekt für eine Gruppenreise :-) - Die Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung sind Perfekt für uns als Gruppe gewesen. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnhaus im EG. und hat einen riesigen Esstisch wo wir alle dran gegessen und gespielt haben. Nix

• Tanja (10/5): Wir können das Appartement auf jeden Fall empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder! - Der große Tisch in der Küche ist toll zum Zusammensitzen. Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig und die Betten sehr bequem. Die Lage ist ebenso top - vor der Türe die Strassenbahn. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Wenn es einen Balkan oder Terrasse gäbe, wäre es perfekt! Aber da das App im Erdgeschoss liegt, kommt man leicht in den Hof.

Molto bello il fatto che ci siano 2 bagni di cui uno diviso tra zona wc e zona doccia così che alla resa dei conti risultino 3 bagni. Tutte la casa è ben arredata e fornita di tutto quello che è necessario La casa è situata in una zona molto tranquilla della città. Un po’ lontana dalle zone più attrattive per i giovani e per questo la consiglio soprattutto alle famiglie. Comunque la città è ben collegata quindi va bene anche per chi vuole divertirsi

• Thomas (9/5): Overall, this was exactly what we were looking for. - This property was exactly what we were looking for. It had a lot of common space that allowed us to play games as a family. Each room was spacious, providing us with comfort when we each needed our own space. There was noise late into the night that could have made it difficult to get to sleep. Luckily for us, we were all staying up late and can get to sleep easily when tired. So, it didn't impact us much.

In spíte of trams just in front of the house, we did not hear any noise. It was just 4 stops by tram (10 min) or 30 min walk from Alexanderplatz. Nothing.
