• Sarah (8/5): Excellent location and great facilities. - Excellent location and property as advertised. Very very minor issue. My sister left cosmetics in bathroom and they were not located by cleaners and returned. She is used to staying in hotels where generally items are returned.

• Renae (8/5): Lovely modern unit, close to shops and beach. - Great location. Modern and clean. Lots of space with the extra TV room downstairs. No door on the master bedroom ensuite - no privacy. The master bedroom also had a skylight with no blind so the 6am sun streams into the bedroom.

• Steph (10/5): Spacious modern property in a great location. - Lovely shared spaces upstairs and downstairs. Plenty of space for our family with teenage children. Seems very new so is very clean. The double garage was a pleasant surprise. Minor details but - the light coming into the main bedroom from the bathroom and skylight in the morning is very bright. There is no way to shield this. Perhaps warning about this, or even providing cheap eye masks might be needed? - a clothes drying rack would be useful. We swam one day as it was warm but then it rained continuously the following day and we had no way to dry things.

• Kristi (7/5): Good - The house was lovely We didn't use the oven because it wasn't clean. Some privacy on the entry windows and family area sliding door would be nice for night time. Took a while to work out the heating.

Garage, lots of appliances but a coffee pod would be the best. To be fair Met expectations but no surprises to delight. Lacking in personal touches and as if hosts have never stayed there.eg. No small bins in bathrooms, no tissues, washing detergent or rubbish bags. No set of cards or anything like that. The screening in upstairs felt a bit caged in and fake plants a little overdone. I would reposition some of the living dining furniture too. Feels like run by a corporate host as most likely is.

• Loretta (9/5): Lovely place, great location. - Beautiful place in a great spot for us, walking distance to beach and shopping and bowls club. The only issue was a lack of essentials in the kitchen (salt pepper and oil) which meant we had to return to the supermarket.

• Alicja (10/5): Great place in great location, super clean - Fantastic location, very clean, comfy beds, nice and spacious, and very much appreciated double garage! Just a suggestion. Since we've been using the kitchen, a bit more cleaning products/bin bags would be nice.
• Antoine (2/5): Great location, but the management agency negatively impacted our stay - Good location The host was not very accommodating when we inquired about items we accidentally left in a drawer at the property. They requested a $50 per hour fee to have their cleaner look for the items. The communication was less helpful and courteous than we had hoped, which impacted our overall experience. Due to this, we do not plan to book with this agency in the future.

• Lee (7/5): Generally it is fine, but the place is uncomfortably bright, especially when we are trying to watch tv during the day. - The place is fairly clean and location is good The cooking utensils are limited, frying pan is damaged ( surface is very scratch and not safe to use) no air fryer, no salt n pepper, no tissue paper/ glad wrap provided. There is no blockout blinds. Cutlery is limited. Only one teaspoon provided

The master bedroom skylight is really bright and there’s no door between the master bedroom and the skylight. So can’t close off the light coming into the bedroom and also can’t close off the bathroom.

The lack of facilities made it more challengi - The property’s location to beach and shops The kitchen amenities and cooking facilities were extremely light on. The bbq was dirty and rusted and couldn’t be used, one frypan and limited amount of crockery. We were given 2 garbage bags and 6 dishwasher tabs for an 8 day stay. The fridge/ freezer was leaking water. I emailed and phoned on the first day about this and nothing was done.

• Gail (8/5): Modern and centrally located townhouse. - The townhouse was in a fantastic location . Excellent easy information from host . Very new, clean and well equipped . The main bedroom has a small hallway with a huge skylight leading in to the bathroom that also has an uncovered window. We were awake at the crack of dawn. Urgently needs a blind on the skylight and bathroom window. Also, no door to close between bathroom and bedroom . Other that that it really is an A 1 property

• Eva (9/5): Great family get away - close location to shops, beach and park. Great for a family get away. - Clean open house, and only walking distance to the park and beach. Everything that we needed was available so it made it easy and our daughter loved the place. Plenty of parking spaces and was beautifully decorated. Didn't have basic cooking condiments for the kitchen and the outside rubbish bin was full so we had to try and fit all the rubbish into the full bins outside. Downstairs shower didn't have shower amenities. Upstairs bedroom had a sun light in the room so if you're light sensitive like me during downtime this would be an issue...bring your eye masks

The only thing we would have loved is maybe a clothes dryer or even a clothes horse to dry wet clothes and towels after the beach but honestly such a minimal thing. Everything was perfect really!
