• pascalma (10/5): - Le logement était très calme, loin de l'agitation du centre ville. Petit mais très bien équipé, nous avions tout ce qu'il fallait pour notre séjour. Notre hôte était vraiment très gentil et prévenant, merci à lui. La petite terrasse était très agréable également.

Nice to have washer Lift back to Shinjuku train station appreciated Although there is all material for cooking except knives (regular size). Only one fork. Not sufficient for Westerners. The here is very very little room to cook.

Easy walking to 3 train stations. Washing machine and garden to dry clothes. Great for our weeks stay. A little cramped as the room is small.
• Samuel (8/5): Great value stay with a thoughtful host! - Great value for money staying in a wonderful city. Then host was very kind and exemplified Japanese kindness and hospitality. The apartment was very well equipped with kitchen and laundry facilities. The host obviously cares very much about the garden and hallway with homely plants and decorations. Convenience stores and supermarkets in close vicinity. Host kindly offered shuttle service from local subway stations (not Shinjuku). About 25 minute walk to main Shinjuku station. A happy stay! Nothing bad with this apartment - as advertised a slightly smaller and slightly older the other stays. Great stay and great host.
• Suzanne (10/5): Great Place to Stay - Great location for a more low-key Tokyo experience. Near subways, inexpensive restaurants, supermarkets. Also a sweet shrine just down the street. The apartment had everything I needed, including a washing machine. The host is friendly and responsive. I could have used a hair dryer and a small pot to boil an egg. But, really, nothing to complain about.

• Lam (10/5): pleasant stay - hospitality and spaciousness. owner is very kind. he came down after we pressed the intercom, brought our luggage into room and briefed us facilities in the room. and he drove us to nearby train station for the day we checked out. Room is an apartment with kitchen space and washer and dryer, and a little garden, main room feels pretty spacious with a sofa and a little desk. This quiet neighborhood is within walking distance from areas having many restaurants, convenience stores, drug stores and supermarket. It took us around 11 mins of walk (with heavy luggage) from the Shin-Okubo train station. Shin-Okubo exit with elevator access is even a block further. If I had contacted owner earlier on the day of arrival, I could have taken a free ride to the place just I didn't try.

• Duc Hanh (10/5): Quiet place, great location, welcoming host - This place is a quiet back street but very close to a train station and has a lot of shops, restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The room has everything you need for your travels. The host is very responsive, friendly and accommodating. He also dropped us off at our stop when we left. It's a little gem in busy Tokyo.

He picked up and dropped us off at metro station, helped us call the hotel for luggage storage request. The apartment is tiny but well equipped with everything you need for a comfort stay, especially the washer/dryer. It's located in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood but within walking distance to restaurants, pharmacies, bakeries, supermarket, etc. I'd definitely stay there again!!! Nothing
• Virgil (10/5): Excellent property for a short stay in Tokyo - the host is super friendly. Highly recommended - The host was very friendly and communication prior to stay is excellent. Once we agreed on our arrival time, he went above and beyond to pick us up at the subway station, saving us the hassle to lug our luggages for a 10 minutes walk. The property itself is very clean and has everything you expect for a short stay. It's at a very quiet part of North Skinjuku but shops are very closeby. The host gave us plenty of recommendations on restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Overall, this is an excellent place to stay while in Tokyo - we will come back on our next visit. Thank you None; the bathroom is a little small which can be expected. However, everything is functional so there is no big dislike from us.

• González (10/5): - Very friendly host. Room was very clean and everything - shampoo, toothbrush, towels etc.- was provided. Communication was clear despite the language barrier. They even carried our lugagge to the station after checking out. The location is also good: close to the station, with plenty of restaurants and things to do. We recommend it a lot!

Nicht ganz so viel los wie in Shinjuku und viele tolle Restaurants. Die Unterkunft ist sehr praktisch und mit allem ausgestattet. Sehr einfacher checkin. Wir haben keinerlei Geräusche von anderen Gästen gehört. Nachts war es sehr warm aber es gab eine Klimaanlage. Alles war sauber. Nichts für große Menschen. Die Toilette ist dann sehr eng.

The host was absolutely wonderful- so kind and helpful- picking us up at the subway station and insisting on giving us money for a taxi as they were unable to take us back to the station due to a very early start. They couldn’t do enough for you. You’re just 20 mins to the heart of Shinjuku- and I would highly recommend the property in terms of value for money - thank you for having us! Nothing

La casa è piccola (come tutte) ma accogliente, e c'è tutto a disposizione. Posizione ottima, zona residenziale silenziosa a pochi minuti a piedi da due stazioni della metro, ci sono vari ristoranti e konbini aperti H24. Consigliato! Nulla

L appartamento è ben posizionato e dotato di tutto il necessario anche con un bimbo di 1anno e mezzo. L appartamento è molto piccolo ma è lo standard di tokyo

• I-HUA (10/5): - 這裡的住宿體驗，基於3 個理由，超推薦的。 1.具備小型住家設施（洗衣機、曬衣小陽台、基本廚具能基本下廚） 2.屋主親切和藹，會親自向住客介紹環境及設備使用。這幾天我們很滿意獲得乾淨且安靜的住宿。 3.聯繫得當的話，屋主會詢問入住及退房的接送，讓拖著大行李的我們，能輕鬆的抵達地鐵站。
• Oleg (10/5): Kiten lägenhet 20 minuter gångväg till Shinjuku. - En liten lägenhet i markplan med balkong. Litet pentry vid ingången liten toalett och bekvämt badrum med handfat. Lägenheten ligger på en smal lugn gata. Värden är mycket trevlig och närvarande. Hjälpte oss med bagageförvaring samt bjöd på iskaffe och läsk . Hans support är mycket uppskattad. Närmaste stationen är ca 600 meter. I rummet får plats en dubbelsäng en fåtölj. Inte så mycket annat. En av våra 2 resväskor fick ställas på fåtöljen. Det är vår andra lägenhet i Tokyo så det är svårt att jämföra. Allmänt är lägenheten för liten för 2 personer och kräver renovering.

• Wong (10/5): Warm and welcoming with a convenient location! - My sister and I had a comfortable trip here. We're sorry that we took so long to review, but we definitely want to write a good one! This place was truly one of the best stays we've ever booked. Tokyo can be an intimidating place to travel to, but our host made us feel so welcome and secure that we always felt that we had a safe and peaceful place to return to and decompress. He chatted with us in a very friendly manner and went above and beyond. You can really see that the host and his wife have travelled a lot and have used their experience to shape a place that is convenient for travellers. Everything is positioned in a very thoughtful and convenient way. Besides that, our host recommended us a quiet and peaceful place to enjoy the blooming sakura! We would not have found those places if he had not pointed us in the right location. He also picked us up from the station in his car when we arrived, and sent us to the station when we were leaving as well. Our host was incredibly kind and patient with us! We will definitely be recommending this place to others and coming back to stay again !

• Mara (10/5): Exceptional - The host couple were so accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. They were also very quick to reply. I would definitely recommend others to stay here. The location is super convenient and near to the main neighborhoods like Shinjuku and Shibuya too!

• Camryn (10/5): Amazingly wonderful host with great location and a little quiet stay outside of yet close to the busy Tokyo area. - Staying here was the perfect introduction to Japan. Not only is the host an amazing person, but he also goes beyond expectations! Location wise this is right outside of busy Tokyo so you can walk through a quiet town, get some konbini, and then head to the nearby station that connects to just about everything or even just walk to Shinjuku. Honestly when arriving at the airport we were quite overwhelmed but the host was very kind and understanding. Will 100% stay again next time we’re in Tokyo!

The host was very kind and even picked us up from the station upon arrival. Would highly recommend this property! The shower is very small. If you are over 6 foot it is a bit tough to fit in.

• Rillystar (8/5): Very good - Owner was very accommodating and even went out of his way to pick me and my luggage up at the station and then drop me off as well at the end of my stay. Very considerate as he would always check with me before sending cleaning staff into the unit each week. Was very willing to help me receive mail as well and tell me about the local area. The unit had all the amenities I needed for a long stay and was conveniently close enough to the stations (15 min walk). Everything is could have needed was also supplied like laundry detergent, toothbrush etc. Sheets and towels were changed regularly. Loved the access to a little patio space as well though I didn't use it much being winter. Very much appreciated that there was both a hairdryer and vacuum provided as well. Nothing i didn't like per se, just for others to be aware it is an older building and like many in Japan, can be quite drafty in the winter time.

After four days we really felt at home and we were very happy with the place - It was nicely outfitted with cooking equipment and nice bed and a tiny bathroom Something we saw later in other hotels. The host was nice and with Google translate we got All the information. It was a 12 minute walk to the station An extra 24 minutes in a day I did not have access to a phone I could only contact via booking. It did not work. We made it to the place and it was solved. Make sure you set up a good way of communicating
• David (9/5): Great way to experience life in Tokyo and a wonderful overall experience!!! - the location is excellent. It's a five minute walk to Okubo station and ten minutes to Shin Okubo. It's also not that far to walk to kabuchiko and the Shinjuku station. Great location away from the chaos that is Shinjuku station but close enough to the area that you don't even need to take a train there. I preferred walking since it brought me through all the cool areas of Shinjuku. It's very close to Higashi Nakano station as well and maybe a 30 minute walk to Nakano Broadway if you want to skip taking the train and walking through the wonderful neighborhoods. There is a ton of food in every direction and it's all delicious. The area is very diverse as well so you'll see food from all over, tons of Nepalese, Vietnamese, Korean, Indian, and obviously Japanese food. Also, kebab vendors everywhere. Convenience stores are plentiful, there is a Donki just past the Okubo station on the opposite side of the road. They made sure I was comfortable the entire time and any questions I had were answered within minutes on the app. He went above and beyond what he needed to do to make sure I was comfortable. The apartment was clean and the private patio was great to have. The washing machine was great and being able to air dry my clothes outside on the patio was useful. There are also two Laundromats within walking distance in case you need a dryer. Overall, it was an incredible stay, and a great way to get a feeling of what it would be like living in an apartment in the greatest city in the world. No complaints. I will say if you are taller than 6'1, the toilet might be a tight squeeze but that seems normal for split bathrooms in Japan.
