• Jean-Paul (7/5): Très bien - Très bien situé, à 2 pas du métro, pas loin de la gare de bus et de la gare ferroviaire, plusieurs supérettes à proximité et quartier avec beaucoup de restaurants. Confortable et bien équipé. Personnel très agréable et sympathique, nous avons pu profiter du logement vers 12h30 à notre arrivée. Les escaliers sont raides, mais nous avions été prévenus, personne ayant des difficultés à marcher s’abstenir.

• Francisco (10/5): - Easy going host, and willing to help in my stay. The apartment is very confortable, illuminated and modern. The bathroom could be bit better but thats ok, not an issue.
• Andres (8/5): Good stay, not the best of the best, but for the price, not bad. - Great room, it had counter space, table space, hanger space, and a washer/dryer. Stayed in room 401 and it was very clean. Also only 3 minute walk to the train station, that was only 2 stops from Shinjuku station, great hub. I didn’t mind, but I know going up 4 flights of stairs can be a lot for some people. And the bathroom was the most dated bathroom I had seen in Japan. It was still clean and usable. Just tight space is all, probably 5’ x 5’ including toilet, sink, and shower. Definitely be weary if you are needing more space in that area. For my family it was manageable for a couple days.

Very close to supermarket & plenty of close restaurants. Suggest having a toaster available. Apartment was a little noisy from nearby street.

• Carmen (7/5): Good but could be better - Apartments was as expected. It was good for the location and the price however the bathroom was a major let down. The building and apartment all look to be renovated but the bathroom/shower was dated. We were told that there were no escalators however the stairs were a lot steeper than anticipated. Also, the TV remote batteries were dead when we tried to use the cast device. Overall, it was a nice apartment but the bathroom was a let down.
• Monica (10/5): Excellent Stay! - The accommodation was renovated in February, with updated facilities that made for a very comfortable stay. Room 403 was equipped with a large TV and a Nintendo Switch, which I really enjoyed during my stay! Although there is no front desk, the host was incredibly responsive and answered my questions quickly, making me feel at ease throughout my stay.
• Edward (10/5): New and clean rooms - Since the accommodation was newly renovated in February 2025, it felt very clean and comfortable. The beds were also fresh and cozy, allowing me to get a great night’s sleep. Located in the heart of Shinjuku, it’s a convenient spot for sightseeing and shopping. However, the building does not have an elevator, and access to the fourth floor is by stairs only, which might be a bit challenging if you have large luggage. That said, I was informed about this in advance, so it wasn’t an issue, but guests with a lot of luggage may want to keep this in mind.
• Kenneth (10/5): Stylish and comfortable space - I stayed at this newly renovated accommodation in February 2025, and the stylish interior was absolutely charming! The attention to detail was evident, creating a calm and comfortable space to relax in. The check-in and check-out process was seamless using a passcode system which made everything very convenient. While the bathroom itself hasn’t been renovated, it was compact yet well-maintained and clean. Plus, it was stocked with essentials like shampoo and body soap, making it comfortable to use.
