• Tyne (10/5): Quiet stay, great value for money. - Very clean, just outside of a busy area so very quiet with nice views of fields. Not so close to shops or cafes for walking but I didn’t mind, Hanoi is the city of grab bikes.

• Neil (5/5): Frustrating! - The room was quite satisfactory. The address shown on Booking.com was in fact an Animal Hospital. It was Panorama's previous address. Booking.com need to update their records. Panorama need to have better reception facilities. It is not satisfactory to have to access a key from a holder to start with and then leave cash payment in your room on completion for the housekeeper to pick up, especially when I didn't have exact money. They also need better after hours arrangements. I was locked out when I arrived home at 10pm from dinner and had to await other guests to get access.

• Isabel (9/5): - Good communication via whatsapp. Cozy and homey vibes. Nice bathroom. Quiet area with views of greenery. 15 min walk to area of restaurants, shops and so on. We had booked for 3 people and only found out the night before that the room can only sleep 2. We assumed it would be a sleeper sofa. However we managed to solve it with the host.

• Ozge (10/5): Great stay in Hanoi - It was a great stay for me. I was so comfortable and I had everything I need in the room. Room has a very nice view. It’s very quiet at night. You can sleep very well. I booked for a week and then extend it for three more nights. The host was easy to communicate. Thank you and I definitely recommend. Nothing

• Krzysztof (9/5): Good and quiet. - Location near the gardens area, all facilities are good, easy access to the apartment, quiet place The only thing we didn't really like was the little hard mattress but other than that everything was great
• Vendula (10/5): Chill Hanoi stay - Well located, I liked the peace and quiet. Really nice vibe. It is further from the center but it is not an issue, you can easily use Grab. It is also good for a longer stay. -
• Trangh (4/5): Disappointing - - [ ] gossipping, the owner and the family living at 1st floor are not that friendly, I do not see the owner often but I met an uncle several times and they sneak around and complain if you ever made any crazy things without re-confirming it. Once I was out since early morning then coming back at noon and they started to ask me what did I do in the time I was not there and both the uncle and the old lady blamed me for weird sound that happened when I was away and I did not even knew about. And other time, because I stay in 2nd floor and the window was opened so I heard they bad-mouthing about the customer staying there, nosy into others business
