• Andreas (4/5): 1 bedroom (NOT 2). An apartment abandoned without maintenance, and not enough clean & safe - Τhe location was good, in the center of the village, near the Gondola. Βut it had a huge queue, so we had to drive our car very early in the morning and go up the mountain to the top, and pay 25 leva for parking, or to pay 15 leva for a taxi to take you to the ski resort. So the advantage of being close to the gondola is lost. Unfortunately our experience at the accommodation was bad. At first, the description of the owner is misleading as it writes about a two-bedroom apartment, but it is one bedroom and a living room. The whole building is old and very dirty, and the apartment also old with damages. For example, I mention: -the covers had no sheets to cover them, and we slept on top of the mattresses with a towel cover, and the duvet had no duvet cover - Sharp corner in the living room flooring which we cut our toes. -The lamp above the bed broken and unsafe -The bathroom basket was broken and you had to open it by hand -The same with the kitchen wastebasket -The kitchen stoves dirty -Lights on the bedside tables broken etc... Generally it is an apartment abandoned without maintenance, and moderately clean. Finally, the parking that the owner mentions that he has, is not valid as the places that the owner told us were his, either they were taken by other cars, or if they were not taken and we put the car in, the next day we found the windshield wipers up , by some who were criticized, because the positions were probably his own. Also the communication with the owner was bad, we never saw him, as a female cleaner opened for us, and no one spoke English. We wrote to the owner in English, and he answered us in Bulgarian, and we did the translation to understand. I would never go to the same property again.

Great location however the electrics within the property are dangerous. - Location is excellent *Wiring to the fridge was dangerous with exposed cables. *Microwave didn't work and when attempting to use it huge flashes of light inside the microwave were visible *Tap in kitchen was wrong. Hot was cold and cold was hot. *Linen to the beds didn't have mattress sheets or pillow cases. * Hot water heater reapeatly tripped out leading to cold showers. *Window in the living room was taped up with brown parcel tape. * Sharp corner in the living room flooring which our children and my husband ripped open there socks and cut there toes. *Continued barking dog day and night in the apartment opposite which kept us awake.
• Iliya (8/5): Very nice one Bedroom flat with good amenities - Great location, the flat is spacious and with a nice view to Rila mountain. The bathroom and shower were clean and well maintained. Clean towels were provided, as well as shampoo/body wash. The host also provided a hairdryer once we asked for it. The host also made an effort and provided us with a baby cod, child chair for the table and even a small toy, which was very nice of her! Thank you host! The main thing was that the apartment was described as a two bedroom + living room and in reality it is a one bedroom + nice large living room with a bed and a sofa bed in the living room. This is great and the flat can easily sleep 4-5 people, but not ideal if you want privacy for two separate families. The king bed in the bedroom was actually two separate beds, that tended to slip apart. The sheets were too small for the mattresses, so they were popping out often. The night lamps were placed awkwardly almost above the pillows and one of them was broken and hanging loose on its cable. Overall small things that can be easily fixed, but can be annoying at times, especially the fact there is only one private bedroom, while the description at this time says 2 bedrooms + living room, which is a bit misleading.
