- Enidlaregus (9/5): Superb - Location and convenience. Despite no counter staff to attend to during midnight arrival, keys can be collected conveniently. Bathroom structure is not practical as while showering, water can easily splash outside of the shower cubicle. Would suggest to install a glass door or shower curtain. Even floor mats are provided, it easily wet the flooring after 1 shower. Just a suggestion.

- Ana (4/5): 2/5 because wifi wasnt working - directly above Paradigm Mall, its very convenient Msg the owner regarding wifi as the wifi was not working on Friday night when we checked in. No answer was given and no one came to fix it till I checked out on Sun morning. Funny thing was, owner was very fast to ask us to check out on time but no response regarding wifi lol

- Dr (9/5): Superb - Location and overall facilities The mattress was uncomfortable and the bathroom was smelly (the bathroom was cleaned but there was a smell from the gutters)
- Alison (8/5): Good - The overall environmental are good, clean. Full equipped, suitable for family with kids. Will come back here again, when I go JB😉 A bit dusty at the window, extra blanket w/o cover. Some cup not wash after use, very disgusting. Suggest cleaner can check nicely, before next check in. Toilet floor is very slippery when gets wet, for those elderly/children should be very careful.

- Sim (7/5): Clean but toilet got smell - Easy key collection. Conveniently located above Paradigm Mall. Need to park at allocated car park lot even though the residence car park is pretty empty. Clean, toiletries provided but no laundry detergent. There is a strong drain smell in the toilet. The owner mask the smell using moth balls but it didn’t help at all. Need to always on the ventilation and keep the toilet door closed. Probably they need to change to anti odour drain plug to contain the smell.

- Azharudeen (6/5): Pleasant - Friendly host, great location with safe parking facility. The apartment was reasonably clean. The toilet had an extremely bad odour (rotten smell) throughout the stay. And the water heater in the toilet was not working.
- Syamin (10/5): Awesome staycation! - Great place to stay! They provide hair dryer..iron and wifi. We needed wifi for work during Raya. Easy to access from parking, going to the mall, how to use the door. The owner really doing a great customer service and respond very fast to my every question. Instruction given were very simple. They will give you video instruction for everything. Simply awesome stay!
