• Emma (8/5): Lovely room to rest and watch the city - Great views of the city, close to Cavill Ave and Surfers beach Shower over bath was hard to get in/out of after big days out and about.

I would give it a zero. We stayed for 5 nights for 4 people. We had NO milk, NO TV Remote, 2 tea bags and 2 sugars for 4 people. How can you even make a cup of tea? Only 2 rolls of toilet paper. The show head is flimsy and water leaks past the glass. Only 4 towels for 5 nights. I messaged the host on booking.com asking for tea, milk, TV remote and toilet paper. Got NO RESPONSE. On morning of check out a message to say hope your stay was good. Well it wasn't. Shame on you. I feel ripped off. The fan in the bathroom barely removes steam. Barely room to move. The Balcony rail is shaking on the 15th floor of all places. No concern for safety. Run down and not worth the money I paid at peak season. Firstly the amenities are rubbish. I would give it a zero. Location is the only thing that is good. If you want good amenities this is not the place to stay. Even the gym at Mantra was out of order the whole 5 days. I could not even watch TV while in the room. So useless

• Maureen (9/5): Super stay in sunny Surfers Paradise. - Location is great. Walking distance to all that Surfers Paradise has to offer. Light rail is at the doorstep which is a big bonus. Room is spacious even with two double beds and the balcony provides stunning views night and day. Four nights was a little long for no housekeeping.
