• faccioli (9/5): Excelente - Localização muito boa, fácil comunicação com o Anfitrião, Ap com dois quartos e dois banheiros o que facilitou bastante a nossa privacidade. Pretendo voltar mais várias vezes. Foi tudo muito bom
• Aluísio da Costa (9/5): Estadia atendeu nossa expectativa sobre o imóvel - O apartamento é novo, muito confortável e limpo, com ótima localização, próximo ao metrô e em rua tranquila. Excelente atendimento prestado pelo anfitrião Ricardo, sempre com presteza e cordialidade. A pia do banheiro da suíte é bastante baixa, dificultando a utilização, e a torneira não é muito prática de usar, geralmente molhando a pessoa quando acionada, devido a pressão.
• Susann (10/5): Even though we had to work - we really enjoyed the flat - and the super TV :-) - The flat is excellent. I travelled with a colleage. The internet is great, one could even have zoom-meetings. And each of us had a bedroom and a bathroom. So the flat really has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Additionally there was a living room with a sofa, a balcony with a good-sized table and a kitchenette. The small room even had a writing desk. It was really great for two people who are not a couple and had to work some afternoons!! It is quite close to the University (USP), one could either take a bus which is very very cheap - or an Uber which is faster and also cheap enough. There is only one thing which could be better :-) - a good knife for those who want to cook. But that is really the only thing.
