• Jacqueline (3/5): Disappointing - Not clean, uncomfortable mattresses, other peoples clothes left in the apartment, tea and coffee not replenished, code for key lock box did not come through, no info for wifi
• Dhanika (10/5): - Great location. Many city hot spots are easily accessible. Spacious enough for a family with kids. It has all the facilities you need - fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine. Parking is at B3 and need to go past 2 roller gates. Need to allow extra 5-10 minutes to exit the building
• Juan-Carlos (10/5): - Sehr ruhiges und komfortables Apartment nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Hatte alle Annehmlichkeiten die man braucht. Würde es jederzeit wieder buchen. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

• Kathryn (8/5): Great unit, guest experience could be improved though with local key collection - Clean and tidy unit. Everything well kept & great location. Parking is underneath building & there is no phone service - just an FYI. Key pick up is a 12 minute drive from the unit block - not convenient at all.

• Emily (8/5): Great place if you want cheapish accommodation not far from the cbd or showgrounds - Good communication and photos of what to look for when collecting the keys The pillows were a bit average but other than that it was pretty good

• Indira (6/5): All good if you manage to get into the apartment. - Apartment had everything we needed. The host was really helpful. Getting into the apartment. To get the keys, need to go to a different place which is not a pleasant experience. The apartment parking lot is very much complex to get in and to add to that , the lot numbers in the parking is random. The host had instructions, still hard to figure out.

• Grace (8/5): Very good - You require a car to stay at this property. Where you pick up the key, is not the location of the apartment. Walking distance to restaurants. Communication with the owners was poor. Made a request which was never acknowledged the 3 nights we were there. Enjoyed watching the birds across the street from the balcony.
• Keith (9/5): Superb - Nice accomodation had everything we needed, beds comfy and easy access to canberra and ANU which was reason for our stay, have booked similar accomodation for stay in easter. while it was easy to find key collection place, parking to pick up key in peak hour was horrendous. a better pick up location that has better parking would be beneficial, otherwise accommodation was fantastic

• Jo (9/5): Superb - Lovely accommodation - had everything we needed, close to shops, transport etc. very quiet and easy to access. Nothing! Everything was exceptional! Just a minor detail - you may need to get the bathroom fan checked out. It randomly came on even when the switch was off and stayed on for several hours (was a bit distracting when it stayed on all night a couple of nights).

• Hanlei (10/5): Expellant stay! - Good location, minutes away from the dinning area in a walking distance. Suits family for vacation. Clear instruction, tidy and with all supplies. Car parking nearby lift. It is very convenient.

Easy access in and out each time. New unit that has been well maintained. No issues with anything. Great to be able to cook for ourselves. Everything was there that was required. Just need a tray for the oven to be added.

• Karen (9/5): Great family apartment - Lovely apartment with everything we needed. Close to the city, restaurants and the highway. A little difficult to locate the key and apartment building using long-winded instructions. Would prefer easier pickuo

• Margaret (8/5): The stay was good except for the smell in the hallway leading into our apartment. - The rooms were clean There was a terrible smell in the corridor as we were walking to our room.
• Annette (8/5): We enjoyed our week. Very central location for us. - The location was central for our needs. Close to Braddon with many good restaurants & cafes. New building. It needed new dish cloth etc. we needed to replace these as they weren’t clean. Also the tea towel wasn’t fresh - if it was clean (it was stained). There is an unusual smell when you step out from the lift on the apartment level. Only mentioning these to be helpful for next visitors.

• Terry (8/5): Convenient and comfortable - The property was close to the city, clean and comfortable. Communication was excellent. Instructions to pick up the key and parking were very good. The building felt secure. The price was good. The door to access the lift from the car park was tricky and required a lot of attempts to open. Also the lock on the unit required a bit of fiddling to open.
• Byambaa (10/5): the place was very nice place, highly recommended! - I loved this place, quiet and comfortable. Definetily choose again. neighbour was too noisy, at night 2-3 times fight to each other :(
• 王 (7/5): Nice apartment and good service! - New apt, everything is new, close to everywhere. Sarah is very nice and try to help me with payment issue. Parking in basement, no internet underground, before you parking you need to remember all the way to your parking spots. Also hard to find parking when I was try to get key.
• Trotter (9/5): Superb - The apartment was brand new, clean, comfortable and had everything we could possibly need! The TV wasn't connected for free to air channels. The front door was quite stiff to open.
