• Toonen (8/5): - location was great, quiet units, easy to access all the basics covered, clean, felt safe and secure the bedside lamps didn’t work, an extra towel would help, face washer would be helpful, we could not find the gym, we looked in all the levels. minor things really.
• Kathleen (7/5): - Clean apartment. Lovely view of the park. Good location. Well equipped kitchen. The rationing of cleaning products makes it hard to fully enjoy our stay: Just one set of travel sized (30ml) body wash, shampoo and hair conditioner for 3 people for 4 nights is just not going to cut it. Just 3 sachets of dish washer powder and detergent means we had to limit the amount of cooking. And likewise with just 4 sachets of washing powder for 3 people.

• Margie (7/5): Pretty good and very reasonable price for Canberra - Good location Loved the view Comfy bed and good sizes kitchen. Easy to get help checking in but not on checking out at 7.30am. No shops or restaurants within easy walking distance so you do need to have your own transport Really annoying that the key location is at a different address from the apartment. We were relying on friends to drive us there and pick us up and directions for us to work out our way to where our driver could park were non existent. The kitchen was a good size but poorly equipped and the microwave was laughable Not sure why the combi oven/airfryer in the cupboard was not installed instead .

• Franz (8/5): Overall our stay was very enjoyable and we would happily choose Lovely in Lyneham again. - We loved the apartment, the view was just beautiful, it was quite and the whole facility was well looked after. We also had access to lovely walking tracks and public transport was readily accessable, and it was in the perfect position for us. We loved the layout, and parking was very accessible and easy once we found the entrance to the garage. We didn't dislike anything, but found there could have been a little more information; in fact, there was virtually no information at all. Mostly, the supplied cooking utensils and dinnerware were okay, but I found myself constantly missing bread and butter plates.
• Rachael (9/5): Very pleasant, owners were very helpful and responsive - Very comfortable and good value. It was confusing to find the room at first, since there are a few elevators but only one goes to the room.
• Angus & Patricia (8/5): Perfect for what we needed. - Great location. Very neat & clean with good amenities. Collecting the keys in Braddon was difficult. Got a bit noisy at times, but not for long.
• Kevin (8/5): Ok - Quiet and a nice outlook Difficult to work out how to go from the car park to the room. To choose the correct elevator was not very clear.
• Rodney (4/5): Poor management of flat - Modern with most facilities Basic items not checked before allowing flat to be rented. Washing machine left full of water and smell was very bad The ensuite hand basic would not drain. This was fixed promptly by agent when advised Vacuum cleaner completely full of rubbish and dusty smell when used Preparation knives were blunt with no means to sharpen them Limited instruction on flat rubbish removal until last day and operation of equipment in flat. Suggest they produce a information manual for flat
• jennifer (8/5): Weren’t told about the different amount of buildings and that there were 4 different lifts so we got confused 🫤 and lost - Great location very clean and comfortable It didn’t have any microwave dishes for heating up food in.
• Johannes (8/5): comfortable - The apartment was quite comfortable. There was no top sheet on the bed (just a dooner and a bottom sheet). The key pickup instruction was somewhat vague and confusing -though we got there after a couple of phone calls

• Anna (8/5): Very good - Ambiance, views, quality of fixtures. Location. Kitchen equipment inadequate. Proprietor should update instruction for access, the aspect concerning which elevator to use. Duvet too hot for this season. Supply light cotton blanket.
• Linda (8/5): The property was great but I’ll only remember how frustrating the check- in and the different check out process was. - The property was clean spacious and comfortable. The location was close enough to everything. The check-in and check- out process was annoying, confusing, frustrating and there was little signage in basement garage to indicate there were 2 entry points to the different buildings as there was no internet reception in basement car park to follow instructions provided. In the property there was no manual or information with wifi, check out ,garbage and location etc details.

Having to pick up the keys from a lock box that was not at the site of the accommodation. 2. Not receiving prompt responses from host, when necessary. 3. Paying $500.00 as a deposit for unforeseen damages.

• Helen (9/5): We definitely will book this place again we loved the apartment - Immaculate apartment, everything in the kitchen that we needed, close to food only a short walk and we really liked the secure parking. The only downfall was going into town to collect the keys from the office and my keys weren’t in the box.
• Karen (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and quiet , bed absolutely comfortable , my car was very sucure in underground parking.. Lovely view.. Myself and my young daughter felt very safe as its in a sucure building.. Host was amazing and friendly.. Nothing to fault

• Margret (5/5): Passable - The apartment was clean Getting to the apartment was tedious as key pick-up is in another location and quite difficult to locate especially if you are new in the area. I didn't like how they didn't provide basics like tea towels, wipes and proper bath mats. The bed was only made with a fitted sheet over the mattress protector, I found that weird. I never got my $500 bond back. They said they had lifted the hold off it, but I didn't even notice it. I called my bank for a statement on my card and couldn't trace the l Iift off the bond. I called the property to complain, and they claimed they released the hold and would send me proof of it of which they have not. The lady I spoke to lacked empathy and sounded like she didn't care. In as much as the apartment is modern and nice, because of this and poor management ethics, I would never stay here again and would not recommend to anyone
• Fiona (10/5): Exceptional - Quiet at night. Very new. Very secure. Lots of casual restaurants and a supermarket within 10min walk. Nothing negative with the property but watch out for cyclists on the walking/cycling paths and the pedestrian crossing at the back of the building where you exit the car park. They fly along and visibility at the crossing is not great.
• Deb (5/5): NOT so lovely in Lyneham - Location, close to Dickson shops & restaurants, lovely outlook over the Lyneham wetlands. A LOT! We were sent 2 messages with the code to access the keys - it didn't work, so had to ring the contact. The car space is only suitable for a SMALL car & between #s 417 & 410, not all that easy to locate. There are 2 lifts in the carpark (2 buildings) - not advised which lift to use. The bed wasn't made (sheets were in the cupboard). The kitchen cupboards are VERY high & spring loaded, not all that friendly! The light in the lounge didn't have a globe, no bread & butter plates, no placemats, no tissues, needs a dish for the soap in the bathroom, only 1 spare roll of toilet paper for a 6-night stay - perhaps these items could be bought with the $150 we were charged when we accidentally left the key inside the apartment at 4.30pm. Disgusted! And to be offered 5% off our next stay with citystayz - you're kidding!

• Jacoby-hogg (8/5): Very good - Good location with parking included. Easy to catch the tram into Civic. Plenty of space and well equipped. Quiet. Communication regarding key handover is not timely, only 24hrs in advance which isn't great for a long haul traveler. And that is when we found out that we would need to go to another location altogether to get them! And then they key box code was wrong. We were exhausted and this felt like such a hassle.
