• Elvira (10/5): Excelente ubicación y servicio. Apartamento cómodo y completo. - Alojamiento muy limpio que contaba con todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia. Ubicación excelente cerca de locales y ocio, además de estar frente a la playa con una salida directa a ella. Stefy nos ayudó a resolver todas nuestras dudas antes del viaje y durante la estancia también nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitábamos. Sin duda un gran servicio y gran alojamiento. Nada, todo lo encontramos de nuestro agrado.
• Tanja (10/5): Pefekte Entspannungsoase - Perfekte Lage am schönen Strand und sehr nah zum Stadtzentrum. Sauberer Pool, ruhig und ausreichend Liegen zum Entspannen. Wunderschöner Garten, gute Ausstattung. Man fühlt sich dort sicher (24h Security/Rezeption) und willkommen. Stefy ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und hat mir, da die Umstände es zuließen einen früheren Check-in und späten Check-out ermöglicht, das hat den ohnehin tollen Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht! -

Detergente e esfregão para lavar loiça disponível. Shampo, amaciador, gel de banho e secador do cabelo disponível. Ar condicionado impecavel. A Stefy foi uma anfitriã sempre disponível, com informações sobre a vida local muito importantes. Chuveiro vom boa pressao e nunca faltou água quente. Cortesia, à chegada, de garrafa de água de 1,5lts, café e bolachinhas. Barulho do motor do frigorifico pode perturbar o sono a pessoas sensiveis a ruídos. Os cortinados nao fecham completamente, pelo que entra luz logo cedo, pela manhã. Porta do roupeiro nao corria convenientemente.

O alojamento situa-se num aldeamento com porteiro 24h. Ambiente seguro. A internet funcionava mal e havia pouca rede. Tínhamos um limite de água quente quando tomávamos banho. Senti a necessidade de ter um espelho de corpo inteiro, pois só tinha espelhos pequenos de cara. A torradeira estava ainda com migalhas de uma utilização de outro cliente passado.

• Mikołaj (8/5): Perfect location and overall good deal for the price! - Superb host Stefi (super kind and helpful), perfect location close to everything that city has to offer as well as to the beach, nice and clean pool, 24/7 security with pleasant guards, nice landscaping, complimentary snacks left for our enjoyment upon check-in, cozy and spacious balcony Mold in the shower, uncomfortable bed/mattress, pillows and linen, smelly towels. Beach nearby has rocky entry and sunbeds/umbrellas are extra paid. WiFi was also slow and unreliable. Faulty/broken mosquito net

• Teemu (10/5): Exceptional - This was a lovely and cozy studio next to a pool, beach and city cervices. Studio was very clean and tidy and there was a good air condition. The lady who rented this appartment was so nice and helpful with everything you need. We would rent this studio again if we are someday coming back. :)

• Elise (10/5): Perfect spot in Santa Maria - This appartement is idealy situated, near the beach, the center of Santa Maria, very quiet and beautiful! The bed is super confortable, everything is fonctional. I had a really really good time there! Everything was perfect. It would be nice to have already salt and oil for cooking.

• Maureen (10/5): Exceptional - As a solo traveller who had never been to Cape Verde before I was a little apprehensive. The owner, Stefi, replied to all my questions prior to leaving the UK even arranging a taxi to great me at the airport. The complex is wonderful with lovel clean swimming pool and set meters from Santa Maria bay. The studio was large, light and airy.and contained everything for my stay. The shady terrace made a pleasant change from sitting in the hit sunshine. I tried to book longer but, unfortunately Stefy was fully booked.
• Richard (9/5): Comfortable appartment on excellen location - Very good reception by host. Room was cleaned vary well. Kitchen has all modern appliences. Room with nice balcony and view of the central garden. Good sunbens and parasols. Pool near the beach is also ideal.

Stefy, the host, was very welcoming and informative. Just outside of the complex were great bars and restaurants. Relax in a beach front Bar/Restaurant. 10 out of 10.
