- Andrew (6/5): Good. And I’m sure they’ll improve the bedding after this feedback. - Morning sun. Good location. Parking in garage. Coffee and food nearby. Walk to Civic. Surprisingly quiet. Clean. If you like a quiet soft bed with a cheap aged doona then this is your place. The sofa bed top bedding also felt recently unwashed. There is a faint smell of vomit in the bathroom somewhere - the bath mat or towels ?

- Felicia (8/5): Apartment was tidy and had all of the essentials. Location is excellent. - Excellent location. Very central to great restaurants and cafes. Secure parking was great. The apartment had a well-equipped kitchen, cooking utensils, pots, pans etc. Washing machine and dryer AND an indoor clothesline was fantastic. For great coffee, we recommend 'On Lonsdale', for dinner, we recommend the Early Brid Nepalese restaurant 139/24 Lonsdale St (of an evening, you enter from the rear carpark) - has fantastic food! And for amazing handmade Gelato's, the Gelato Messina. We arrived in evening, so lock box collection for keys was perfect. Unfortunately, the garage key didn't work and the apartment didn't have linen or bedding for 3rd person to sleep on sofa bed. We were very lucky that another tenant arrived and got us into garage, and we had our own sleeping bag & beach towel our son could use. We found out later from the caretaker the problem was a flat battery on garage remote, and linen for a 3rd person was meant to be included. Caretakers were apologetic and lovely, and brought a remote and towel to us straight away. It all worked out and caretaker responsiveness and consideration was fantastic. Would stay here again.

- Donna (10/5): Great location and value for money. We felt like locals staying in the apartment. - The location was perfect surrounded by restaurants, parks, convenience stores and a coffee vibe. We were able to walk to main shopping centre and a 7 minute flat walk to all bus services. It was only a 15 minute walk to Canberra Theatre
- Bruce (7/5): Location was great, place is comfy, reported some maintenance issues. - While there are detailed instructions on collecting the keys and entering the building, it pays to download and review these before you arrive at either location. You need to leave key in apartment when you leave which, means getting your car out before returning to the room.

- Brian (8/5): Very good - Spacious and modern apartment Ground outside door was sticky due spilt liquid. Could not avoid getting it on shoes. I was told it would be cleaned but was not.
- Maria (10/5): Exceptional - Location, on-site parking. Comfortable apartment. The check-in process was a bit of a task. Key and entry fob are not held on site. There is no signage to confirm we were at the correct location, only the street number. Once we had the key and entered the carpark, everything was great. And we enjoyed our stay.
- Donaldson (6/5): Pleasant - The process for picking up the keys was needlessly complicated and I still ended up with the wrong keys! I had to wait to have someone drop off the correct keys to me. The apartment was clean but smelled like a toilet.
- Hannah (9/5): Very comfortable apartment with everything you need for a longer stay. Great building, location and facilities. Also own - Nice big kitchen, walk in closet space was handy, furniture was comfortable and supportive. Just two things! First we didnt like that the shower opened forwards so that after every shower water would go all over the floor. The other was just the ac unit left a fishy odor in the unit when it was being used.

- Belli (10/5): Great spot with good facilities - Location was good. Refrigeration units on roof next door a bit noisy, neighbour next door up till all hours with loud movies (stopped after 2 conversations)
- Michael (6/5): Pleasant - Well appointed apartment. Good location. Playing a virtual treasure hunt to find the keys for the apartment. The TV was so old that one of the owners had to buy a dongle to allow access to Netflix. The constant smell of other tenants cooking curry was not pleasant.

The parking was easy & right in front of the elevator! I would recommend supplying paper towel and tea towels. We could not locate any of these.

- Rob (8/5): Great stay! But BYO toilet paper (if 1 roll isn't enough) - Great location, shopping and public transport is within walkable range. Lots of nice restaurants close by as well. Would have given this place a 10/10 but only 1 toilet paper roll was provided for an 8 night stay.

Very homey vibes, and pleasant. Tiles are a little bit cold. No direct sunlight in the bedroom. Only 1.5 rolls of toilet paper for a 9day stay. No tissues provided.
