• Christophe (8/5): - L'appartement est idéalement situé à mi-chemin entre Toronto et les chutes du Niagara. Le quartier est très calme, proche des bords du lac Ontario. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et disponible pour toute question. Il faudrait juste préciser dans l'annonce que l'appartement est au sous-sol de la maison. Ce serait bien également de rajouter des ustensiles de cuisine, c'était insuffisant pour 7 personnes.
• Edgar (9/5): Amazing for large family. - Meet the owner, who even gave some tips about the area and things to do. The house was clean and organized, with all information shared ahead of time and accurately. I wouldn't use say what you didn't LIKE. The mattresses on two of the beds are a bit of a mix: one is a little too low and soft, so you sink into it, and the other is very hard. Maybe a cup of tea for different people. N/A

• Brian (10/5): Exceptional - This place was a perfect distance between Niagara Falls and Toronto. There is a nice park with a trail along the lake close by. The place was clean with brand new appliances and furniture.
• Cindy (9/5): Beautiful 3bdrm - Spacious & lovely 3bdrm apt, very clean. Lots of room for everyone There wasn't anything we didn't like however we found the family in the home above the unit very heavy footed 😀 But it wouldn't stop us from renting the unit again
• Rachel (8/5): Good accommodation - Easy to find, easy access. Everything as described. Great communication from owner. The only problem was that we were exhausted having flown from UK and then driven from airport and it was hard to get to sleep as we could hear people moving around upstairs. There is very little sound proofing between the basement and the house above.
• Eugene (9/5): Private & cosy! - Everything was new and very clean. Traveling with two colleagues and great to all have our own bedroom. Checking in with code was super easy. Host was communicative. Quiet area, some walking sounds coming from above (but we went to bed very early…) Interesting gadgets in the form of a shower and coffee machine that we’d never seen before and took us a little time to understand 🤣. Kitchen well equiped. All in all totally worth the money!
• Helen (8/5): This is the first time I tried an AirBnB booking. I was surprised at how easy and efficient it is. - For a family of 4 adults, the unit provided more comfort in terms of space and facilities than would be found in a hotel/motel. The location was ideal for attending a wedding at a nearby venue. It was great that we could prepare our own meals in the fully-equipped kitchen. There was a portable table available for serving meals or playing board games, however there were no suitable chairs for use with it. Using the sofa as seating for the table at meal time was a bit of a challenge.
• Jessica (9/5): Stay here when you're in the area! - We loved the space. It was clean and had everything we needed. We really liked that it had two bathrooms too. The showers were fantastic! The owner was super helpful with check in and check out. This space is in a beautiful neighborhood. So clean and safe feeling. Next time we are in the area, we would plan to stay there again! There could have been a little more supplies like paper towels, toilet paper and dish towels. And maybe they were there but we didn't see them. Again, we had everything we needed, those were just some comfort items.

The host was very friendly and proactive. I would definitely recommend it. I little bit cold, but it wasn't a problem.

We were a big group and we came to the house at midnight from the long road trip and he still did answer the phone. Our stay was super super comfortable.
• Aigars (8/5): Next time would definitely look for another accommodation. - The apartments are very clean, in a nice residential area. Asking for a security deposit before check-in is not acceptable, especially if I have paid in advance through Booking.com. There is no soundproofing - you can even hear conversations upstairs through the ceiling.

This location is a really clean, a very nice place The bathrooms are perfect. I believe it should have glasses and more stuff to cook and eat in, the kitchen is superb but the elements for cooking and eating were too poor. with simple improvements, this property could be superb.

It had everything you could possibly need.It was nice having 2 bathrooms.The big couch and TV were nice to relax after the day.The beds were very comfortable.The host for the apartment was lovely.

Just some MINOR issues as the apartment looks to be newly set up and in progress to make it comfortable: TV was not connected so no channels shown Only one towel for two people looks a bit too little. Would be good to have a hairdrier It's not very sound proof and people living upstairs are well heard.
