• Christin (10/5): Quiet, clean and convenient - Nice quiet neighborhood. Easy access with parking. Best for a couple with one child or 3 adults.

• Sumaiya (8/5): Comfortable and easy. - We liked the cleanliness and it's proximity to public transport The beds seemed very flimsy and uncomfortable. We would have appreciated better quality beds.
• Ella (7/5): building work right next to the apartment - Some pots were dirty, so we had to clean them before using them. There was building work right next to the apartment. We carefully chose an apartment to rent because our child is sensitive to dust, so we avoided apartments near main roads. However, to our surprise, when we arrived, we found that this apartment was located next to demolition and construction work. It was very dusty, so we couldn't open windows and we had to use asthma medication for our child because he wasn’t feeling well there. Another issue was a blocked toilet, which we reported immediately upon arrival. Although we were promised that someone would come to fix it, no one ever did. Thankfully, we had a second bathroom, so it wasn’t a major problem, but it was still an inconvenience. We were asked for a $300 deposit upon arrival, which was supposed to be returned at check-out. However, I had to chase it up three weeks after we checked out. The money was eventually returned, but only because I followed up—it wouldn’t have been refunded otherwise.
• Alan (1/5): Didn't actually stay in facility as not ready and apparently no cleaners available to make ready. - Nothing! as facility was NOT ready for occupation. Appeared cleaners had not even arrived or departed before anything done from previous occupation. Facility could have been ready at the appointed check in time. Replacement was not to our original requirement as a long way from easy transport, and was not single level due to mobility issues. This new facility didn't have any folder to assist with locations of services, shops or transport, so needed to use Taxi rather than public transport at an additional cost of just over $93. Never mind the cockroaches that didn't seem to be a concern of the representative when informed on arrival. Left us to clean up that and further bodies covered in ants.
• Bronwyn (8/5): Small unit Close to the city - The location so close to East Perth train station is great. Quiet street. The clothes line was difficult to get to stay up. No air con in bedrooms so even with fans it was quite hot to sleep. Not great in summer.
• Katelyn (10/5): Wonderful stay! Would reccommend to anyone, great location and hosts! - Easy access. Great location. Parking on site. Clean, modern ammenities.

• Dany (8/5): 2 X Bedrooms Apartment in quiet street - great location - Good location - quiet street close to city, secured and free parking. Walking to Perth city in 30 minutes. Staff are nice and respectful. Reasonable clean apartment. Apartment with 2 X very small bedrooms.

• Jeanette (8/5): We were very happy with our stay at Windsor Street - The location was excellent being a 5 minute walk to the East Perth train station which we used daily to get around Perth meaning we did not require a hire car. We quite often ate outside in the front courtyard as there was not sufficient room for a table inside although there was seating at the kitchen bench. The bathrooms were quite adequate as was the clothesline in the rear yard. The main bedroom was small with the bed pushed against the wall .
• Anne-marie (9/5): Superb - Well presented. Good use of the available space. Allowing the double room to have ensuite & the single has close access to the other bathroom, which also contains the laundry facilities. Kitchen well furnished. Plenty of tea & coffee items. Close to some facilities in Highgate. Eateries are walkable. Some 5 mins some 20 mins but achievable. Estimate 5 to 8 minutes walk to the Perth free zone bus which was great. The bedrooms are overlooked by next door but the windows have blinds so good effort to give privacy. TV but didn't appear to have any available channels except the likes of Netflix etc

• Wayne (9/5): Great stay, great location, very clean, we will stay again. - Great location, very clean rooms, everything we needed of our stay, great pressure in the showers The shower nozzle set up is a bit strange, you couldn't adjust it it go straight down. The flat needs another air conditioner down the main bedroom end

• Garth (9/5): Superb - That everything we needed was there and the premises were clean and tidy I am an early riser and the only nearby coffee shop did not open until 7.00m. But coffee was available in unit.
• Tennille (8/5): Great location, apartment was very clean and great for our needs. will definitely stay again - was very close to where we needed to be and very clean not that it was a huge issue but a suggestion would be to put an air con in the rooms, was a little warm even with the fan on
