• Fidel (8/5): Calidad precio genia con una ubicación excelente! - Nos gustó mucho la ubicación y una calle silenciosa. Dormimos muy bien. No hay ascensor y necesita un poco de mantenimiento. Nada importante.

• Martina (1/5): terribile . - Il nostro soggiorno presso questa struttura a Málaga è stato, purtroppo, al di sotto di ogni aspettativa. Già al nostro arrivo le condizioni della casa si sono rivelate precarie: un tavolo rotto, bagno con odore di fogna, pulizia superficiale, utensili da cucina lavati male e mobili pieni di polvere. Per una settimana intera abbiamo avuto a disposizione un solo asciugamano a persona, circostanza inaccettabile per una struttura che si definisce ospitale. A peggiorare ulteriormente l’esperienza, abbiamo trovato scarsa attenzione da parte dell’host: nessuna indicazione chiara sulla gestione della spazzatura o altre disposizioni utili al soggiorno. Abbiamo inoltre assistito a episodi al limite del grottesco, come piccioni che entravano nei bagni. Al termine della vacanza ci è stato persino contestato il presunto smarrimento di un mazzo di chiavi (mai avvenuto) e ci sono state mosse accuse infondate riguardo lo stato della casa, nonostante l’abbiamo lasciata in ottime condizioni e con i rifiuti correttamente raccolti negli appositi sacchi forniti. Il tutto condito da un tentativo di ricatto per trattenere la cauzione di 100€, versata prima del soggiorno. Un’esperienza caratterizzata da poca professionalità, tentativi di frode e totale mancanza di rispetto verso gli ospiti. Málaga merita ben altro: sconsigliamo vivamente questa struttura a chiunque desideri vivere un soggiorno sereno, pulito e professionale.

• Fanutza (4/5): Mésaventures pour la caution - Centre de Malaga Appartement très froid on a eu du mal à le chauffer,ça serait bien de le chauffer un peu avant que les gens viennent .Et les 100 € de caution je ne sais pas à quoi elle servent appartement a rien de plus ce n'est pas un château. 7 jours pour être rembourser j'espère le probléme que j'ai eu avec cette caution (justificatif de Banque) Malaga nous a fait oublier cette mésaventure Nadine de Nîmes

• Carol-Anne (6/5): Had high hopes - Location was good Such a hassle paying breakage deposit prior to stay and having to PROVE I had paid before obtaining pin code for keys. Still asking for that to be refunded 3 weeks later!!!! Very stressful situation when organising a trip for a small group. Smelly bathroom. I mean really smelly. Pigeons roosting above very small terrace. Toastie machine NOT toaster (two different things here In UK). Had to buy two wine glasses as we were a party of 4 and only 2 provided. Had to borrow a corkscrew from neighbour across street. Very poor lighting In apartment which is essential due to poor natural daylight owing to architecture of building. Table lamp in small room with bunks was useless as power supply no where near it! We loved Malaga itself....would go back in a heartbeat but would avoid this particular building.
• Andres (9/5): Mõnus hubane peatus kesklinna läheduses - Asukoht oli kohe kesklinna kõrval ja apartment oli väga ruumikas. Poed ja söögikohad olid läheduses. Korteris mõned asjad häirisid nagu näiteks ühes magamistoas oli nurgas vaip rulli keeratud, vannitoas oli kraanikauss räpane ja köögis akna juures mingid putukad ronisid.
