Yu (7/5): Good - The location The swimming poor The room have a lot of cockroach and the room only can fit 4 person and the bundle bed is only mattress. Due to have cockroach cant sleep on floor and owner provided another room to fit another 2 person. Not a good experience on this room. My family need stay separately.

Amirah (5/5): Passable - The unit itself was okay. It's clean and comfortable. Nice view from 21st floor. The rooms were smaller than I thought. For 6-7 pax I expected them to be more spacious. The living room was spacious tho, so me and my sister slept at the living room. The parking was a bit confusing but still okay. The check in part was not that smooth. They didn't even have any one in charge of the front desk. Just the guard who couldn't even speak English or Malay well. I couldn't understand anything he said. Luckily the host sent me the check in details, so I followed that only. The worst part was actually the security guards. Basically they're not trained I guess. Didn't know anything and 1/2 of them were very RUDE. I brought my relatives from oversea here and when we went to the swimming pool, the guard was looking at us like we're some kind of criminal. We didn't even know what was the problem as he couldn't even speak well like??? But came very close to us and pointing fingers at my mom like so so RUDE. Spoiled the whole stay to be honest. People go there for vacation, wanted to have a good time resting and have fun at the pool. Even if the guard wanted to say something, at least have some manners. So I'm not sure why the management assign someone like that as guards. Even my relatives asked if guard in Malaysia are rude like this. Funny that the guards are also not from Malaysia but act so arrogant like that for what lol. Won't stay here anymore.

Sharbiah (9/5): Superb - I like to stay at Trion @KL because there are many facilities,the house is perfect to stay.......but the only thing that interrupt our daily planning is a parking not free for vehicle above limit 1.5m My car 4x4 cannot park into Parking provided because there was a limit for height of car only 1.5m So I have to park at Valet parking that has a rate per hours for parking.

Akizuana (7/5): Good - the View & Swimming Pool The house is not clean, the floor is a bit oily, we clean up ourselves to make it comfortable .. when first entering the house, the urine smells very strong. Got confused with the Card & Owner should mention 3 card per unit house, some card didn't tag the house No. It's a bit confusing because we take 3 House. Responsed from owner very good. I'm not sure . A few our family members got diarheria after swimming at the swimming suspect water at kids area not clean. We expect the house will in the same floor or one row,but we get level 9,, 21 and another one is at another block..I hope next time owner can mention ,the house will be separate not in the same floor level .

Sabarienaniey (9/5): apart from the check in issue.. it was a superb nice stay!!! - the location!!! we choose this homestay to celebrate our new year.. and we watched fireworks clearly from the balcony..so satisfyung due to high demand, we checked in at 3pm as per schedule but the unit was not yet ready. we had not received any info in advanced to inform us about this. Hence we brought our things up just to knew that we cant checked in yet. its good if the host cn inform us in advanced so that we can spend our time shopping, doing something else.

徐 (5/5): Cleanliness wise I am a little bit disappointed. - The view in 54th floor and 66th floor is superb! You can see the whole KL city from here! I am really not sure if the cleaner has change the bed sheet or not because I can still see lots of dust and some stain on the bed sheet, which really make us feel uncomfortable to sleep on it. The floor is also not so clean as we can feel there is a little bit oily, and also the floor mat we can still feel dust on it.

Ria (6/5): This is aesthetically good especially for short stays. Not recommended for long stays. - The views are amazing, it’s facing the KLCC and Petronas towers. The interior is aesthetically pleasing. The host is very responsive and really accommodating with our requests. We booked for 2 nights. First night, we had to be asked to transfer to another unit because the wifi is not available and the AC in the living room is broken. On the 2nd night and next unit, the stove and oven are not working – just there for display. And there’s no view at all.
