- Chantal (4/5): Would not recommend ever - Bedrooms were decent, furniture in the living room and dining room were ok. Towels were fluffy Located up 2 very steeps stair cases. Second floor over a karaoke bar open until 3am. Most of the windows had no screens. The bathrooms and kitchen we're disgusting and dirty. Mold, damaged walls and ceilings and doors.
- Bijaya (5/5): Not worth the value for the bucks. Major issues were cockroach infestation, heating and baghroom issues. Only Good thing - It was spacious. It was not adequately clean. We saw a cockroach which suggest it has some infestation and has a public health issue. The heater was a problem, first day was very cold and checked with the host at midnight and mentioned to turn on the radiators, only one radiator was working in whole apartment and was absolutely with open bare wires, had safety issues. Bathroom are 2, one has broken doors and is dirty and leaking whereas other seem did not have working hot water shower. Did not get worth the value for the price I paid.

I stayed at this Spacious 3BR 2BA Near Central Park property during my business trip to New York from March 15 to March 20, 2025, and I must say—it exceeded all expectations! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Central Park and very accessible to everything you need in the city. Despite being a business visit, the peaceful atmosphere of the apartment made it feel like a mini-vacation. The apartment itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and exactly as described—spacious, clean, and perfect for both short and long stays. The layout was ideal, and the amenities made it feel like home. What truly made the experience exceptional was the host. So warm, responsive, and helpful throughout the stay—making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. If you’re considering a trip to NYC, whether for work or play, I highly recommend this property. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back—and I definitely will!
- Mazana (6/5): Good and confortable - There was. no hot water and there was a leagake of water in one of the bathrooms. Also Water was not going though in one of the bathrooms (blockage).
