- Ntalie (5/5): Passable - Positives: Great idea with the key handover, top car park, relatively quiet by Milan standards, great internet (I work online, it worked like a charm) Negatives: I lived in shared flats when I was a student. In such living conditions, nobody feels responsible for the cleanliness, so the flat gets filthy over time. Yes, the roughest things are done, but many things are left lying around for years. That's more or less how it is in this flat. Some of the crockery was not clean, the drawers and their contents (forks, spoons) are dirty. The glass doors and curtains in the kitchen were really filthy with sauce residue from months ago. Fingerprints everywhere. The kitchen table had coffee stains that could have been removed beforehand if it had been cleaned properly. The bathroom and especially the loo were only superficially cleaned. Most importantly, there was no tea towel in the kitchen, but there was a lot of unnecessary stuff.

- Joerg (8/5): Nice for multi-week stay with dog! - Nice place with lots of green, good for dog. Nice neighbors. Appartment with lots of nice furniture and TV screens. Parking area with restricted access. Metro station is near. Shopping and supermarket is near. Temporary construction work in/around the house.
