Guest Reviews
- Jacobo Orlando (10/5): Great to live the Japanese style. - It’s a real Japanese apartment in a real Japanese neighborhood. Quiet, calmed and charming.
Has pretty much everything you need to have a pleasant stay. Close to 2 well connected train stations. Just the stairs are really steep!!
- Kai (10/5): Awesome - Very cozy with plenty of of sleeping space.
More than enough for 4 people.
Everything you need is there.
- Jorge (10/5): - Really comfortable place to relax throughout the trip. Although there was wear and tear in thr place, it was comfortable and felt very homey. Would recommend to those thinking of staying in the area.

- trish (10/5): Charming with lots of sleeping space! - The feel was very nostalgic and my kids felt like they were at their grandparent's house (LOL - 1970's design). I liked the massive amount of sleeping spaces available and that all amenities were available (shampoo, trash bags, linen, etc.) The air/heat was fantastic and the washer and dryer were a nice added bonus. Wi-Fi was great too! As a side note .....Thanks so much to the neighbor for showing us the proper entrance, as we arrived after dark! It was all good for us, however, please be aware it is an older and more traditional house. Embrace the adventure and you will have a good time!
- Enrique Lucini (1/5): NO TE ALOJES AQUÍ. - Absolutamente nada.
- Extremadamente sucio(aporto fotos)
- Anita (8/5): Good value for the price - We were seven people staying for two weeks, and it worked well. The beds were comfy, and the train station were 5-10min in walking distance. Quiet neighborhood, and the aircondition worked well in the summer heat. The cloth drying machine did not seem to work.
- Silvan (10/5): Exceptional - Small but charming house.
- Lyan (10/5): Exceptional - Very cheap place for a family travel and big groups. Toilet has no bidet.
Toilet door no lock.
There is a washing machine on the 2nd floor but laundry dryer is unusable as the dryer was broken, when we turned it on, it was causing too much noise so when we did laundry and air dried the clothes at the balcony, the neighbor got mad at us and shouted about the water dripping through her clothes, good thing we knew how to say "gomenasai" and tried to wipe what got wet, but guess what the next day it rained 😅
- Barbara (10/5): Amazing two weeks in Tokyo - Amazing stay! Enough space for 6 people. Has a kitchen and laundry facilities which is very convenient when you’re staying for more than a week. Amazing location and cute neighbourhood. All good!
- Joshua (9/5): Wonderful time in Tokyo - Great value and decent location make this a good selection for a larger family or group.
- Tampan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kobaw (1/5): Bad - Almost 100x power trip since we check in

- Kainakhone (9/5): Superb - Che Cheap
- Nikki (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sherilee (10/5): Loved it! - Family orientated
- Ts91 (9/5): A nice to place to stay for those who travel in groups and want to try a Japanese-style house - The house was clean and equipped with all appliances needed for daily life. Although we did not meet the host physically, the host was very responsive. Finally, the house also gave a unique experience for my family, since we never stayed at a Japanese-style house before. The location was a bit far from the center of Tokyo, but it was not a big issue because there was a train station not far from the house.
- Rawipat (10/5): Exceptional - The house can hold up to 12 Ppl
there're utensils provided
airconditioner works really well A little bit far from train stations
- Ana (8/5): Very good - We were a group of 10. It does feel like a dorm, except for the one, traditionally set room for 2. The placing of the washing machine is ingenious. This is a simple but quaint accommodation - and definitely the best value-for-money deal we could get in Tokyo for our group. Thank you for the rice! The only problem was the aircon in the second upstairs room for 4 that we could not get to work. Since we cooked, a little more cutlery and plates would have been useful.
