Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis hat hervorragend gepasst. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat sofort nach der Buchung begonnen und war immer zeitnah und informativ. Der kontaktlose check-in über Gate- und Türcode hat ebenfalls super funktioniert. Sogar Tips und Infos zur Umgebung habe ich erhalten, für das alles vielen Dank! Ein sicherer Parkplatz (bzw 2) sind ebenfalls mit dabei. . Das Apartment ist schöner noch als auf den Fotos, finde ich, blitzsauber war es auch - ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt! Mit dem Balkon und Fenstern direkt in die Bäume hinein fühlt man sich fast wie in einem Baumhaus. Das Apartment ist wirklich self-catering, Extras wie z.B. Kaffee, Milch, Wasser, Toilettenartikel, Waschmittel muss man selbst mitbringen. Ansonsten ist der TV riesig, das Bett und das Sofa sehr bequem und das wifi hat ebenfalls tadellos funktioniert. Der kleine Pool auf dem Dach sah super aus, leider war es bei meinem Aufenthalt zum Baden zu kalt. Ich kann die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und komme gerne wieder! Kleiner Punktabzug für den defekten Wäscheständer. Aufgrund der Bäume vor dem Balkon ist das Wohnzimmer etwas dunkel.

• Guest (7/5): - I liked how quiet the place was. The apartment was beautiful They need to work on the WiFi it’s really bad.. we couldn’t watch a full episode without it freezing. It was frustrating. And the person we were speaking with on WhatsApp really needs to up his/her game. They were no help at all. We had to wait outside while waiting on the code. He wasn’t picking up. And only responded over text. No proper greetings no apologies nothing. They were frustrating. Other than that everything was great!

The apartment is located in a housing building behind gates. Is basically and Airbnb. The only toiletries provided was 2 toilet rolls, absolutely nothing else, not even a hand soap. We couldn’t find the pool. Is a well maintained apartment but is not luxurious.

• Ruiz (2/5): Great apartment. Bad comunication with the owner - The apartament is well located in a good neighborhood. It is also very confortable, just like the pictures posted in Booking. The check in was a problem. When we arrived the previous guest were there like we show on the pictures and we have to wait two hours in the hall. It was almost imposible to contact the owner.
