Instructions for keys etc through the portal did not explain that there were two identical entrances so had trouble finding the lockbox. Shower head could not stay up - had to hold it 100% of the time making showering difficult

In a word … disappointing… - Proximity Old, dated, tired, dirty … uncomfortable cold metal breakfast stools, dripping tap all night (hot water system), heavy sliding doors rollers need replacing, window sills filthy, toilet seat falling off, shower head blocked, more water coming out where shower meets wall then coming out shower head, no coffee, no milk, no sugar, no teabags, empty olive oil bottle and empty laundry detergent packet, thermostat on brm heater stuck on HOT, no TV in brm, 1 single power point in kitchen, balcony light didn’t work, arrived at 3pm to check in and no light outside building to access padlock …

- Kae-duen (8/5): Good for solo traveller getting around Darling Harbour - Great location within walking distance of many good restaurants, Darling Harbour and the ICC. Amenities are old and dated, very small bathroom. Could have been slightly cleaner. Not wheelchair friendly - 3+ flight of stairs to navigate
