• Anita (6/5): Dissapointing and over priced - The location was great We were extremely disappointed with our stay at this one-bedroom apartment in Brisbane. Gaining access to the building was unacceptable—we had no entry code and were instructed to wait and follow other residents inside, which felt both awkward and unsafe. The apartment was advertised as “funky,” but that’s not how I would describe it. The furniture was mismatched, cheap, damaged, and very tired, as reflected in the photos. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with only the bare essentials in terms of glassware and cutlery. The dishwasher was out of order, and based on previous reviews, this seems to be an ongoing issue. The walls were scuffed and in desperate need of repainting. The bed was one of the worst aspects: a small, near-to-the-ground double bed that was incredibly uncomfortable and difficult to get in and out of—particularly challenging for older guests. To make matters worse, there was no mattress protector, which is a basic hygiene standard. The cleanliness left much to be desired, again clearly shown in the photos. Overall, this apartment was overpriced for what it offered, we will not be returning.
• Karen (8/5): Very pleasant, affordable well located apartment. - Good location (went to a function at QPAC). Roof top pool and surrounding area was an added bonus. Parking spot was a bit tight (between a pillar and block wall) especially if you have a large car. There were no coffee/tea cups in the apartment - not every one goes out to buy a coffee : )
• Wayne (6/5): Clean and handy quiet location but lacked some essential necessities. - Was in a handy location No coffee cups and only one dinning room chair. The bed was very low to the floor so if you have trouble getting up off the floor then this apartment is not suited to you. Was also locked out of the main building entrance until someone entered or left the premises to let you in the main door so you could access the mail boxes where you collect the keys to the unit From a locked box.

• Dawn (8/5): Great position for entertainment centre - Position was excellent. View was fabulous. Apartment was clean and tidy and nicer than the photos depicted. Only minor things:dishwasher was out of order but we didn't need that anyway and a broken chair and airer on balcony making it untidy. The carpark was tricky to find. It was tricky to park while going to get keys and then to put keys back after exiting carpark. Suggestion would be to have a key box in the garage near the lift for exiting.

• Anastasia (3/5): Not all is as it appears - Location is the only thing going for this property. To collect the keys you need to wait for a resident to pass through the main door. I waited nearly 30 minutes. Once you get in, you need to wade through heaps of uncollected mail in the mailbox to retrieve the keys. The pool was not available and when I enquired about it, KOZYGURU advised that they did not know. I was not offered any alternative or compensation. Despite being charged $100 cleaning fee (considerably above standard Airbnb rate and not (easily?) found on the booking page) you will need to take out your own rubbish and wash your dishes before you leave.
